Très bien situé

Nous avons pu tout faire à pied…sauf l’ėpicerie.L’appartement est très bien à l’intėrieur. Il faut cependant savoir que l’extėrieur est peu invitant à cause de la grande proximité et du bruit des climatiseurs.

Key west experience

We were very pleased with the property and location. Just two blocks from Duval Street. The only issue we had at all was the WiFi was a little spotty

Picture is accurate

Great place but if you haven't been to Key West before, really look into parking. Avoid bringing a car if you don't have to have one.

Vacation

What a cute place! Small bathroom but the space is maximized for optimal use of what is available. The area is quite busy on the weekends but is a fabulous location for walking anywhere you might want to go to. Everyone we met was super friendly and I would recommend this place to stay. We got lucky and found a place to park right in front which made our stay more enjoyable.

Week Away

My wife and I came to Key West for a week. We located this property and it is a block away from the main Duval roughly center. Quiet neighborhood. Great parking for a car or scooter nearby. Property was clean- easy code access- plenty of room.

Perfect for a couple

My wife and I visit key West regularly and fully intend to stay here again. Beautifully updated and maintained! Great location near everything. Highly recommend!

Cute getaway

This cozy little cottage was exactly as advertised. The perfect little getaway for me and my spouse, cute decor, great location, quiet and inviting. Had absolutely zero problems. The AC was definitely a necessity and the little details like the origami folded towels was a nice touch! 10/10 would stay here again.

Ideal location, clean, easy hands off check-in process.

Title says it all! We enjoyed that this house was tucked a little bit farther back off of the street, behind a gate. Felt a little more private and didn’t have to worry about people on the sidewalks walking by our windows at night. We were able to find parking a few blocks away and didn’t move the car for the remainder of our trip, as we were able to reach everywhere we needed to be by foot. The house itself was simple and clean. We didn’t spend much time there other than to sleep. AC was wonderful, bed was comfortable. The bathroom space is a little small but didn’t bother us much at all. Full kitchen is available if you plan on eating in at all. Owner was communicative without being overbearing. Check-in was as simple as calling the owner to ask for the code, then typing the code into the door upon arrival. Highly recommend this convenient, clean stay!

Clean and well-appointed property. Wonderful location in Old Town. Little street traffic, as the property is set back from the street. The check-in instructions I received were for a different property, but the host quickly corrected the problem when I contacted them. The main issue I experienced is the “cottage” is actually the middle unit in a triplex, with paper-thin walls. I heard everything in the adjoining units (talking at normal volume, TV, coming and going), and was woken up in the night by my neighbor’s snoring. If you get quiet neighbors or empty units on either side, you’ll enjoy a pleasant stay. Otherwise you may want to consider earplugs.
