Host was very attentive and gracious. They left plenty of amenities for us and made the house feel very warm and inviting. Our family had a great time! We had plenty of space to play board games, watch tv, play foosball, or just lounge around. Everything was very clean, which was important for our family who has a lot of allergies. Do not hesitate to book your stay here!

Loved everything about this house! Very well equipped and felt clean and well cared for.

Clean, well equipped, updated kitchen, bathrooms. Appreciated the bidets. Host was wonderful to deal with.

She and her family were an absolute pleasure to host! They left the house spotless and in perfect order. Their respect and care for our property truly stood out—they treated it with so much love. The house and property are beautiful. And the location is great for teams/drivers racing at Line Rock Park. 2 minute drive to grocery store. 5 minute drive into town for dinner. Highly recommend

Perfect stay

We loved our stay at this house! It had the perfect amount of space for two families to relax and enjoy time together. Both the indoor and outdoor areas were spacious and comfortable—great for meals, games, and lounging. The upstairs shower was a favorite—so spacious and refreshing! Communication with the host was great, making everything easy and stress-free. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great Stay

We loved our stay! Andrea responded to questions very quickly. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the treat that was left on the island. We were there only 2 nights and wish we stayed longer. We would definitely stay again.

A weekend garden getaway

Our stay at Villa Mariana was a great experience. The house was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for our weekend plans. The check in and check out process was easy and our host was lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had and even had a nice snack waiting for us when we arrived!

Great house for a group

We had an amazing time! We were 10 adults and this house was so perfect for a large group! More than enough space inside and outside! Plenty of bathrooms including an amazing shower in the master bathroom! Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed! Can’t wait to come again!

Excellent Stay!

The house was wonderful for a group of friends who were in town for the Jane Lloyd Fund Clambake! The location was beautiful and the house was in perfect condition. The check-in process was easy and Andrea was great at communicating. She even provided us with firewood so that we could use the fire pit out back. Our stay was excellent and I would definitely consider staying again next year!

Great Stay

We absolutely loved the place! Tons of space, all new appliances, fire pit and the gorgeous master bathroom were all highlights of our stay. Super convenient location within a few minutes of the Stop and Shop as well as other stores. Andrea was very friendly and attentive. She was there to quickly answer any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We visited during the summer with 4 kids (including one baby) and 4 adults. We had a great experience and would stay here again.It is clear that Andrea has put a lot of work into this house--there are lots of signs of new improvements throughout the building and property. We were especially happy with the pool, screened porch, and back patio as amenities. The house was clean and the kitchen was the most well-equipped of any of the short-term rentals I've stayed in, which was great because we like to cook. Andrea was also extremely responsive and communicative. It is notable that there is a bassinet and crib at the property, which I don't recall being mentioned in the listing. That could have saved us bringing our own. Canaan is also a very cute little town--we only selected it because of its proximity to the Berkshires, but we ended up in Canaan as much as Great Barrington and it was great. Andrea did warn us that the road is quite busy with truck traffic on weekdays--this didn't impact our experience, but it made running or walking from the house impossible on those days.I would absolutely stay here again. Pros: -Great location-Clean, well-appointed house-Playground, fire pit, fenced in pool, and second living area make it especially kid-friendly-Great hostCons:-Minor, but I have never been required to purchase insurance to stay in a property before. The only alternative to this was to provide a very significant deposit months in advance.

Second stay was even better than the first!

This was our second time staying at this house and I hope its not the last! The place is impeccably clean and the host Andrea makes everything super easy. Everything you need is a short drive away. They have also updated the yard and installed a pool! 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing house

I went with my family for the wknd and we had an amazing time. There was so much space throughout the house. Everything we needed was there. I’m a car enthusiast so I was excited to know there was a nearby racepark which was awesome. Would absolutely stay here again! A huge thank you to the host for their hospitality and responsiveness!

Great property

The house was the best layer out and spacious house we have stayed in. The host was very helpful the kitchen was huge and well equipped. The bedrooms were large. There was two large living room/dinning rooms we were only 7 but it easily sleeps 11. They are putting in a pool and a hot tub. The already have bbq, play set and fire out. We really look forward to staying here again. I highly recommend this host at property

Connecticut Weekend

We LOVED our stay at this property! It was IMMACULATE!! It’s spacious, comfortable and homey. Our hostess, Andrea, was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We loved walking “down the road” from the property to visit the farms and the winery! Perfect for a family with adult members ( the kitchen set up is AMAZING!! A cook’s delight!) and children as well! The kids have their own playground! Andrea deserves a 10- she’s put a LOT of love and attention into her house.

My friends and I had an amazing time here! There were 11 of us and we had more than enough space to hang out and catch up! The house is beautiful and clean! The pool and deck area were so fun! We will definitely be back!
