Great Condo for Everyone!

This condo was clean, comfortable, and laid out nicely. Bedrms were good sizes. The Big covered deck was perfect to watch the storms come in, and not get wet!! Nice to be able to still stay outside. Access to the beach was great. The keyless entry was nice, as well. Would highly recommend Queens Grant!!!

Best place for what we needed

We loved the place! The layout was perfect for what we needed and the deck was nice and deep for those of us who can’t be in the sun. Plenty of places for all to sit outside and the kitchen had everything we needed. The few issues we had the rental company handled with great communication. The location had soft spots in the floors which we reported. We’d come back next year if the timing worked out.

Rat infestation

Rats inside in kitchen and on deck. They were not afraid of humans. I will be calling on Monday. We made mgt aware of problem. Not responded to very efficiently

We apologize for the pest control issue that occurred during your stay. Our maintenance team worked to resolve the issue as quickly as possible once we were made aware and had a vendor out to the property the next day. The pest control company used by the HOA for the complex is not open on the weekends but they were also contacted on Monday to help resolve the problem promptly. The owners were made aware of the issue and offered your party compensation for the inconvenience of having to deal with the unwelcome visitor. Lewis Realty, our homeowners and the Queens Grant HOA are all actively working to prevent any future pest control issues at the complex.

Great place!!

The property was great but the stair climb was tough with luggage. Other than that everything else was top notch.

Beach Vacation

Overall good place to stay although the pool was broke for the final 3 days of our stay and the hot tub was not in working order during our stay

True Beach Vacation

This was a relaxing vacation spot. Beautiful ocean view and comfortable stay. Small things to improve upon like some cleaning and a few bugs. Overall we would stay again and loved it. BTW we were there through the storm and didn’t mind the week was great and the ocean was wonderful.
