Condo was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. There was a nice view of the ocean and public access was across the street. We would definitely stay again.

Rental was wonderful! Only small complaint is the parking. The lot is extremely small and the parking spaces are small too! Does not fit large vehicles well. There is a public paid parking lot in front of the Holiday Inn.

The condo was very nice qnd comforting and clean until we ran into the stackable washer/dryer not working. The dryer had water running down the front of it. It took 2 days for someone to respond and come out and then were told a new unit was needed. So we were unable to wash any clothes for this trip. This was a huge inconvenience and to beat it all Surfside Realty said they would compensate us for some of this which would make it great and i would go back, however, i have left 3 messages and they will not return my phone call. Will try calling again today, but extremely dissatisfied with this unit
