OCEANWAY is located directly on the Gulf Of Mexico in Indian Rocks Beach. White sandy beaches are just steps away. Enjoy the amazing views and sunsets from the large balcony on this top floor CORNER unit. Completely redone inside, this 1475 sq. ft. condo features granite countertops, stainless appliances, hardwood and tile flooring, designer furnishings, luxury bedding, full size washer/dryer and great open floor plan. Ocean front heated pool and spa. Oceanway is a smaller building with only 17 units and offers plenty of privacy for a peaceful,relaxing vacation. Update: If cleaning fee was not paid through the booking site it will be due to maanger upon arrival $200. Booking fee not refundable.

The was extremely well stocked with everything you could need from beach chairs to spices. The property was very well maintained and clean! The location was perfect and the beach never once felt crowded.

Beautiful condo, directly on the beach

The condo is exactly as pictured in the photos. Tastefully decorated and clean. Everything was in working order. All that you need for the beach is there. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Nice relaxing outdoor furniture as well. We spent every morning and night drinking coffee on the balcony. We liked that the beach chairs and umbrella are stored on the ground floor, so no lugging them up and down. Just steps from sand! We didnt use the pool, but every time we looked down there, there was maybe one or two people in there. Most of the times there was nobody. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area. The only downside for us was that there is a public beach access with parking on the right side directly below the balcony. So alot of activity there with the beeping of car horns as people exited and locked their vehicles. The beach itself, we felt, was smaller and busier than what we expected. Regardless, it was still a very nice vacation spot. Definite 5 star for the condo!

Great Gulf Views

Nice property, awesome balcony with great gulf views. Indian Rocks is lovely and not overcrowded or over commercialized. We had a great stay. Several good restaurants within walking distance.

July 4th Trip

The location is the best. We walked where ever we wanted to go and the view is AMAZING!!! The condo was very spacious and clean. The balcony was my favorite place to be. The only complaint I have about this condo was the mattress pad on the mattress in the master bedroom is very worn out, but we will definitely stay here again.

Absolute perfection!

We've stayed in IRB a few times in the past, but this condo is absolutely my new favorite. This top floor unit is bright, well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. The corner unit location provides extra light and ocean views, and the balcony is spacious with comfortable seating options. The heated pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained. The location truly cannot be beat; the soft sandy beach is mere steps away and several excellent restaurants are within easy walking distance. To top it off, Hilda (the property manager) was friendly and communicative. When we make another IRB trip in a year or two, I will definitely be looking to book this unit again!

Too short!

Our vacation was cut short due to hurricane Ian. We arrived Saturday night and had to evacuate Monday afternoon. Hilda was amazing and very helpful. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The main bedroom en-suite was on the small side. Overall a very nice condo.

Would definitely come back

Overall good place to stay with family.The only thing sinks in bathrooms need to be cleaned they where very dirty. Everything else was well maintained.

Good beach spot & balcony

Great location! Bathrooms need some work as both the showers do not drain well and are mouldy in the caulking. Kitchen floors weren’t very clean and countertops not wiped down (notified agent right at check in but never heard back), however the beds were comfortable and the beach decorations were so cute!

Great location; clean; quiet

Overall property/pool area well maintained. The area was very quiet as well. Condo was extremely clean and ready upon check-in; property management communicated promptly. Check-in process simple; love the keyless entry. Towels and lots of beach equipment provided (several chairs and beach towels). Great location close to many restaurants. Another great vacation on Indian Rocks Beach.

Outstanding!

We were at this condo for a well needed week of relaxation. We have been booking through VRBO for a number of years and this condo was by far the best yet! Clean, beautifully decorated, kitchen was stocked like home, plenty of towels etc. They even had beach chairs for those of us that can't crawl on the beach, that are a little higher off the sand! The deck/balcony was the best part, really large and we spent our evenings relaxing watching the sunset. the beach was clean and it was easy walking to numerous restaurants. Our only "issue" was the tv operation which we figured out eventually, too many remotes and no labeling or instructions through process of elimination we got it done! Overall.. are thinking of booking for next year right now!

Amazing oceanfront condo

The condo was perfect, even nicer than the pictures. The manager was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I would absolutely stay there again!

Great condo! Great views! Great location!

The beach was great whether we were on it or watching it from the pool or balcony of the condo. Sunsets were amazing. The food was good everywhere we went and people were very friendly. Great family area to stay!!!
