Access to the private ground-floor storage unit gives Unit 406 guests use of beach chairs, umbrellas, a large canopy, cooler, boogie boards, children's beach toys, and more. Designed for easy beach living, the condo comfortably accommodates families and couples with a king primary suite, two queen beds, in-unit laundry, reserved covered parking, elevator access and a well-stocked kitchen equipped for everything from morning coffee on the balcony to family dinners after a day at the beach.
The well-maintained Oceanside complex features a heated pool, hot tub, direct beach access, and a picnic area with a gas grill. We love this Condo! This is our third year here! We love the view - the corner view provides such a nice breeze! The condo is clean; nice furniture - lots of kitchen equipment! It is just Beautiful !!!!

Beautiful property, excellent location within walking distance to restaurants, easy access to the trolley to go to Clearwater Beach.

We have been vacationing at Oceanside for 20 years. The last 5 in this beautiful condo. It has all the necessities for a comfortable stay including all the beach chairs, games and water safety items. Nothing beats sitting on the balcony in the early morning to watch dolphin swim by and then in the evening to watch the breathtaking sunset. This condo is sparkling clean and the beds are as comfy as ours at home. Because of the top floor location at the end of the building it is nice and quiet.

We had the best time! The day we showed up we were so excited, the condo is so beautiful and bright. A lot of updates, and the furniture is very clean along with the bedding. Beds are very comfortable. Furniture in the main room is extremely nice.Had an awesome time and the owners are wonderful. Very responsive.Extremely clean.

This is a fabulous property in a sleep part of the West Coast south of Clearwater. Several restaurants, coffee shops, eateries, and a very nice ice cream shop. Definitely steps away from the beach which is extremely helpful. Pool and Hot Tub were very clean and warm. Had one small issue that the Host took care of immediately and beyond our expectations. Definitely recommend this property.

We loved our stay at Oceanside 406. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner was quick to answer our questions. We will definitely be back.

The host was great at communicating about questions I had before and during the trip. Loved the condo. It was very well stocked with things, I almost didn't need to pack anything but clothes with how much they had available. The storage unit had everything needed for the beech. Would definitely stay again.

We took our first vacation to Indian Rocks Beach in 2008 and fell in love with it's beautiful beaches, breathtaking sunsets and quaint, small-town charm. Oceanside Condominiums is a small, 20-unit complex with heated pool, hot tub and gas grill. Conveniently located to many great restaurants.
