Located in the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach, your perfect beach getaway is also in the perfect location.

Casa De Playa is within walking distance of great restaurants and shops and located RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Built in 2002, it is one of the newer buildings in IRB with only 14 units.

Unit 202 is a gulf front spacious and clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that has a “beachy feel” from the moment you enter. The master bedroom has a king bed, a fully tiled bathroom with walk in shower, walk in closet, ceiling fan, TV and DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a queen mattress, 2 twin beds, a walk in closet, and ceiling fan. The second bathroom is conveniently located beside it. The new kitchen is open, spacious, and great for entertaining. It is fully equipped with a new stainless dishwasher, microwave, range, refrigerator w/ ice maker and plenty of cooking amenities. It has new quartz countertops seating for four as well as a dining table for four. The living room amenities include a 50' flat screen TV and wifi as well as a large size balcony that boasts a breathtaking view overlooking the pool, sand dunes and picturesque beach. A large capacity washer/dryer is provided to make your life easier. Casa 202 also provides you with a covered parking place with easy access to the elevator, and a gas grill. Unit 202 is non smoking and no pets.

Other nearby beach amenities (only minutes away) include Clearwater beach and Johns Pass Village each with unique shops, dining, parasailing, wave runner rentals, deep sea fishing, and a pirate ship cruise. There is a unique trolley that will take you anywhere between all the beaches that line Gulf Blvd.

Tampa is only 35 miles away with such amenities as: Busch Gardens Theme Park, Adventure Island Water Park, Lowry Park Zoological Park, Museum of Science and Industry, Florida Aquarium, Tampa Performing Arts Center, Ford Ampitheater, Channelside & Ybor City - known for their unique shops and restaurants, IMAX Theatres, dance clubs, and piano bars.

Disney World and Universal Studios Theme Parks are only two hours away on Interstate 4.

Great stay

Great location, close to restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream for kids. Had beach stuff and awesome waking up in the morning looking out at the bay. Great communication by owner would definitely stay if in any area again.

Very nice condo in the heart of IRB

My family and I have been coming to the Indian Rocks area for quite a while now and this might have been the nicest condo we’ve stayed in. Very comfortable, clean and in walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Owner was very quick to respond to our questions. Five stars

Fabulous Stay

We had a great stay in this condo. The condo was updated and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was provided for a complete beach experience. The view was priceless and we would definitely stay again! Owner was very responsive.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Condo is in a perfect location. Quiet beautiful beach, great bars and restaurants within walking distance. The condo is exactly as pictured. The host Dan was very easy to communicate with. He even checked in with us upon arrival to make sure we didn't need anything. The condo is super stocked with anything and everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We can't wait to book another trip soon!

Relaxing beach vacation

This was our second time staying at Casa de Playa, and we loved it just as much! Since the first time we stayed the condo has been remodeled and updated making it even more wonderful. The condo is in an amazing location, with Gulf views that are breathtaking. With a large kitchen, newly remodeled bathrooms and comfortable beds there's nothing else you need! The pool is clean and well maintained, and beach access is quick and easy. Can't say enough good things about our stay!

Everything you need for a wonderful vacation!

We LOVED our week here. The condo is beautiful. It has absolutely everything you could possibly ever need. The beach is just steps away. It’s only about .25 miles down the beach from our favorite lunch spot, Kooky Coconut. You will not be disappointed if you chose the unit!!!!

Lovely Stay

Condo was tastefully updated and comfortable. The kitchen was exceptional with almost everything you could imagine needing. The beach was spectacular and, despite it being Easter week, never too crowded. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance as well as a CVS Pharmacy for things you forgot. While the locked gates around the pool seemed silly and irritating, the keypad on the door of the unit was a plus. Thanks for a terrific stay.

Great place

We were very happy here. The location is wonderful. The property manager was helpful and easy to reach. The house is well equipped. Not much clearance in the parking area, so an suv with a rooftop carrier might not fit. The only reason I took 1 star away for cleanliness was due to one of the beds having sand in it upon our arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING condo, very well stocked!

Everything was great! The condo was very well stocked with towels, dishes, and beach items (chairs, umbrella, toys ECT). Loved the view and privacy. The balcony had wonderful furnishings, very comfortable. There was a wide selection of cooking utensils and pots, pans, and even baking pans. You cannot go wrong in booking this condo. Dan was always quick to respond to messages as well. Highly recommend this condo. Fantastic location!!!

Amazing

The property and location were great! Well equipped, nicely decorated, clean and very spacious unit. We loved it and cant wait to go back. Family oriented complex, very quiet however there was some noise from construction on a few days (there is a new complex next door), starts around 7:30am but didn't last long and we were up early anyway so it didn't bother us. Dan was great and communicated really well, responded to all our questions. Everything was perfect!

Relaxing week

Very nice stay at Casa De Playa Condos. Condo 202 was clean/roomy and had a great view of the gulf from our balcony. Our host, Dan, communicated all instructions including work going on at the end of the week above us. We left some clothes there after our stay and did not hesitate to send them to us at home right away. Pool was nice and cool, was cleaned during the week. Only minor issues were that we did not have a manual key to the condo (no fault of our host, must have been missing from a prior tenant) and some of the outlets were not working. Plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, noodles, and beach toys in storage. Great location in peaceful Indian Rocks Beach.

Great condo and location

We loved staying at this property and would definitely stay here again. The views were amazing. We loved the open (huge) kitchen and living room area. We spent a lot of time on the balcony eating, reading, or just watching the waves (and dolphins). We loved that the property is smaller and enjoyed spending time in the pool meeting and talking with the vacationers from other units. The main bedroom bed was like sleeping on a cloud and we loved having a separate on suite bathroom. Dan checked in with us on day one to be sure everything was going well and provided a lot of information on the area including his favorite restaurants. We loved that we could walk just a few blocks for ice cream or dinner. And big plus that the grocery store was a short 6 minute drive away. The pool and beach were so close and easy to access. We loved everything!

Beautiful condo, beautiful beach, great location, so relaxing!

My family of 5 stayed at Cada de Playa 201 for Spring Break this year and had a wonderful time! I have 3 children (8,9,14) and there was plenty of room. The kitchen and living room were both very large and had plenty of space (and well equipped). The balcony is much larger than the pictures make it seem and plenty of seating room for 6. Although the master bedroom is not directly on the beach, it does have the MOST comfortable king size bed! The pool was nice and warm (heated) and had a great pool deck. This condo is within walking distance to many restaurants and an excellent ice cream shop. You definitely need to check out Jimmy Guana's Bar and Grill located at the Holiday Inn Harborside and Crabby Bills outdoor deck. Both of these have great live music and even suitable for kids. The only negative thing that I can say about this location is that the beach is very shelly - to the point where we had to wear sandals to walk on the sand. Our family had an excellent Spring Break!

Great property and location

The property was very well maintained and had everything a renter could need. They even had a real cooler which came in handy for the beach and the pool. The property is in a great location and within walking distance to many great local restaurants. Our favorites were the usual suspects: Crabby Bills, Lulu, PJ'S, Guppy's on the Beach, Slice and of course Kooky Coconuts for ice cream. This unit has a key code for the door which is a really great feature. Not having to find and take your keys every time you leave the unit is nice. Although you will need a key anytime you enter the pool or beach area. The unit also has a locker near the pool which has beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and umbrella which was great. Dan was very easy to work with through the reservation process and always responded to any questions very quickly. Overall the unit was clean, but the floors and bathrooms could use a little extra attention (cleaning). Also, the bed in the master is very comfortable. I would stay in this unit again and would recommend to friends. Our family had a great time at Casa De Playa!

Wonderful condo for a week at the beach with family!

This condo had everything our family needed to have a wonderful week at the beach. The unit was very comfortable and had more than enough room for our family of 4. The king bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the thoughtful extras such as thick fluffy towels, a box fan in the master bedroom for white noise, and a room darkening shade in addition to the plantation shutters in the master. We enjoyed eating our meals on the large balcony which had a perfect ocean view. The kitchen was very well stocked and also included a good supply of pantry items left by others. The outdoor locker included beach chairs, an umbrella and plenty of beach toys for the kids. There was even a cooler and "Puddle Jumper" for us to use. The condo complex itself was very well maintained. The pool, pool deck and all public areas were kept very clean and there were ample chairs and tables with umbrellas on the deck. We appreciated the locking gates to the pool and beach since we have young children and that provides an added level of safety. The location was perfect as it was a quieter area of the beach, yet close enough to walk to our favorite restaurants like Kooky Coconut, Jakes Cantina and Crabby Bills. The only negative is that the construction of the complex is such that you can hear the footsteps of those in the units around you, so hopefully you have neighbors that are respectful of this. We hope to be back next year!
