Queen-sized sofa-bed, room darkening curtains and extra pillows and linens. A TV and JBL stereo is provided for access to your favorite shows and music. Enjoy the views through the floor to ceiling windows and direct access to a private balcony with Adirondack chairs.

Stocked everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a drip coffee maker for ground coffee (cone-shaped filter). Enjoy your meals at the high-top table (perfect for beach viewing!) and with seating for four. Starter Kit is provided and includes Paper Goods, Trash Bags and Dish Detergent.

There is one time $30 parking fee and $6/per person for wristbands, payable upon arrival with credit/debit card, either at the gate, or at the condo office. Each unit is limited to one car. If you need extra parking, a nearby lot by Ripley's Believe It or Not- just a short walk from Sunbird- offers spaces for $12 per day.
