Beautiful beach front condo on the 5th floor at The Sunbird!

A labor of LOVE! Totally renovated and remodeled for you from the floor to the ceiling! Brand new furniture, sparkling clean kitchen and bathroom. A fabulous queen size bed, with new mattress lets you sleep like a baby. Built in cabinetry for the bedroom provides 2 clothes storage units for all you clothing. Lounge in bed while you watch the flat screen mounted on the bedroom wall. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa along with a love seat which provides a full sleeper. Kick back and enjoy the fabulous ocean view while watching th 50" flat screen tv mounted on the wall! The open floor plan allows you to enjoy the ocean view from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked ands itch cookware and has all new appliances. Nothing can top our ocean view, you can see it for miles. Enjoy watching the Dolphins play, the boats sailing bye or a beautiful sunrise or sunset. So whether your on the beach or relaxing inside you will get a taste of our little piece of heaven!

Parking is at the base of east tower and is gated, you must pay the COA $30 upon arrival for parking fee and display your pass in the windshield you whole stay.

Arm bands must be purchased from the COA upon arrival for $5 per person and worn while you are on the property.

Laundry is on the first floor.

Relaxing

The condo was precious! It was so clean and inviting! Construction was going on and the equipment was a little bothersome, but over all, we had a great time. I hope the pool is open next time!

Sunbird getaway

It was Great! When we arrived we found a used broken vape in the cabinet, it wasn’t ours, but just wanted you to know that. It didn’t bother anything ! Just wanted you to know it wasn’t ours! We appreciate everything and your hospitality. All the staff was very helpful! We love the shaded pool also. The beach access is GREAT and close! Thank you so much for our Florida vacation!

Perfect winter getaway!

We had one of our best stays ever in PCB this February. Our condo was wonderful! The living room looked right out at the Gulf with beautiful sunsets. Comfy couch & seating. The bedroom was just right for us. At first I thought we wouldn't have enough room for our clothes but we had plenty of room for a month stay, The bathroom shower pressure was good. That's usually a problem in most places but not here. The kitchen had everything we needed & then some. We fixed a lot of meals at "home". It was so nice to be able to sit on the balcony & watch the sunsets with my hubby. The heated pool was great. The east pool was closed due to construction but it wasn't heated anyway. Dangerously close to Pineapple Willy's... Rofl! We went there more than a few times to refill our mugs & eat. All the staff was friendly & parking was always available. This was just the perfect little winter getaway. Thanks so much for letting us stay!

Nice Place

Very nice , but we felt cramped on the balcony and we would have preferred to be somewhere besides right downtown. Couldn't get our beach chairs for free. The guy said we were not on the list.

Great stay

We loved the property. The view was spectacular and the room was extremely clean. It had everything we needed. The parking was a little tricky one night over the weekend due to construction. Host communication was great. We will definitely stay here again!

Completely Amazing

We had the best time here! The location is perfect. The pool is super close to the beach and for us who have smaller children that is so helpful!! The secret entrance to Pineapple Willys was great and it was not even crowded and it’s always crowded when we go in July. I can’t say enough good things! Condo was beautiful and the balcony was great. Complimentary beach chairs were great! Saves dragging chairs all the way out there! Will absolutely stay again. Oh and bring coffee if you’re a coffee drinker! No complaints at all.

Always enjoyable

This is the second time we've stayed in this condo & it doesn't disappoint. The owner, Robin, is very responsive to messages & the property is just as pictures show. My only complaint was not being able to enjoy the balcony as much as I would've wanted this time, due to another balcony close to us smoking Marijuana quite often, which is just a personal complaint.

Amazing Place to Stay!

This was by far the nicest and cleanest place I have ever stayed at in PCB. It was right next to Pineapple Willy’s which was awesome! The furniture and decorations are all updated and the kitchen is amazing. I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you so much!!!

Wonderful

My husband and I really enjoyed this condo! Everything was very clean and updated. The bed was super comfortable. This location was great. It was easy to come and go and it wasn’t crowded at all. I never rode the elevator with anyone the whole time I was there. I definitely recommend!

Anniversary/babymoon

It was a relatively good stay! The roo. Was great would like to see some kind of extermination of some kind of little bugs in the living room they were crawling on the table almost like ants! There wasn’t a lot just a couple couldn’t leave drinks or food unattended for a second or two. Besides that the room was clean and updated. Really liked the bedroom set up compared to other rooms we have stayed at here! Thanks for a good stay.

The condo was everything that was advertised! Lovely decor, nice island bar and completely stocked kitchen. Lots of storage in bedroom closets and comfortable mattress. Loved the unit.

Nice condo

Clean and updated. Faces the ocean. Right next to Pinapple Willys. A great restaurant and bar. That does cause a bit of a traffick problem at night but that’s everywhere in pub. A little small if you have more than 2 people but for us it was just fine. Would consider renting again next time we visit Panama City Beach

Perfect

I have stayed in many different condos in Panama and this one was by far the cleanest! I also enjoyed that there wasn’t long waits for the elevator which is an issues at many other resorts! The condo was stocked with plenty of towels, cooking utensils, and Robin leaves a good amount of “start up” toiletry products. We will definitely book this condo again!

Wonderful!!

We absolutely loved staying here! The condo was absolutely beautiful! There was construction, and only one pool was open, but that didn’t bother us at all! Gate and elevator always worked for us. Parking was never a problem. We will be booking with Robyn when we go back to Panama in the near future!

Wonderful!

Room was beautiful, exactly as pictured. Great location. Construction going on but did not hinder our stay in any way. Beach chairs and umbrella were included on this stay and we couldn't have been more appreciative, that saved us alot of set up time. Would definitely stay here again!
