Walk less than half a mile to Pilgrims' First Landing Park and the Provincetown Causeway (Long Point Dike) from this delightful oceanfront condo at Jones Locker. The Provincetown Historic District and the harbor are only a mile away.

This updated, ocean-view condo features tasteful Cape Cod-inspired decor and all the modern comforts of home. The compact full kitchen has everything you need for home cooking and the living room welcomes casual downtime with a sofa and a smart TV. A spiral staircase connects the two floors in this space. The condo boasts its own private balcony. For closer views, walk down to the beach access to catch the sunrise. Additional perks include free WiFi and a shared washer/dryer.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

West End Apartment

I enjoyed my stay - nice views and setting in the far West End. Parking spot was down a quiet street - always good to have in Ptown. Would stay again.

Great Weekend

The perfect stay! Weather was great and the views are spectacular. Our unit had all the comforts of home and the area is so quiet. Would definitely stay here again!!

View and shopping options were fantastic. The bathroom was a little icky. The TP holder was gross and the mirror cabinet was so gross I wouldn’t put any personal products in it. There was no place to hang my clothes as the AC and sink were stored in the closet. Neighbor was a little scary as well. She left her door open and we could see her sleeping when we left in the morning. We thought at one point she might be gone.

Great weekend stay

The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking to the restaurants, bars, and shopping and being so close to the beach. Sunrise on the water was amazing. The house is the perfect size for 2. The stairs into the home and down to the bedroom /bathroom could be a challenge for someone with mobility issues.

Cape Cod Break

My son and I enjoyed 3 nights in the condo. It was clean and had all the amenities you could need. The location is amazing and parking was super easy. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable and we hope to return one day - we will recommend to anyone heading to Provincetown.

Great water views

Very comfortable and stylish unit with nice water views. It is bright, airy and roomy. In addition to the unit, the waterfront common deck is quite nice and has benches along it for relaxing. Having free parking was an added plus.

Eeeehhh, don’t know if I’d stay again.

A couple of things: the place was okay, but there’s no love in this space. If they clean it, the cleaners aren’t cleaning cause I opened up drawers to leave my stuff and there was somebody’s belts, random cables in the drawers. I was unsure of what to do with this stuff. The bathroom was grimey from the inside of the medicine cabinet to the outdated shower. You’re up three stories of wooden stairs. I couldn’t imagine staying there if you have any issues of climbing stairs cause there’s a lot. There’s about 10 neighbors around you so I was happy it was just me cause I heard everyone’s noise all night. Speaking of the woman next door was cleaning out her apartment onto the porch, and was sleeping with the doors open covered in trash. It was hard to watch. The upside was it was close to the beach so that was great cause I went a few times. It is bit of a walk from the center of town. There was also the ability to walk down to a more private beach. It’s a public access beach but I don’t think anybody would know of it by not staying there.
