We know this disrupted your vacation plans and required you to make alternative arrangements, including dining out and transporting meals elsewhere. Our team worked to arrange a repair as quickly as possible and attempted to have a technician address the issue during your stay. Unfortunately, the repair required a replacement part that had to be specially ordered, and we were informed that it would not arrive until Tuesday. While we provided an alternative cooking option in the meantime, we understand it did not fully meet your needs. We sincerely appreciate your patience and the detailed feedback you've provided. Comments like yours help us identify opportunities to improve both our communication and guest experience. Please look back other reviews and see that we get amazing reviews about the house and our professionalism when things arise. This guest is upset because I did call after checkout when my cleaners arrived and found red glitter all over the place, floors, couches, beds, everywhere. They didn't follow any of our house rules and violated their rental agreement. The house is not small and it is not old. The owners did a complete renovation down to the studs in 2019. Everything is updated and the furnishings are all less than 2 years old.
