This condo is in the highly desired building one at The Pointe. Resting a floor above Mariners Marketplace, the balcony commands a year-round unobstructed view of the mountain and lake. From this vantage point you can watch boats glide in and out of the marina.

Fully renovated in 2023. Everything is new with stainless-steel appliances, HVAC, water heater, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, granite countertops, flooring, furniture, and even the doorknobs. The sailboat themed decor adds a touch of elegance and sophistication. Hues of blue accent colors create the perfect cozy environment to relax, rejuvenate or strategize your days adventures.



THE LIVING SPACE:

This 650 sq ft condo accommodates up to 2 adults plus 2 children under the age of 2. The condo features a king bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living area, giving you flexible space to spread out and enjoy your stay. Stow your goods in the bedroom’s four-drawer dresser or closet. Nightstand digital clocks are equipped with USB charging ports for convenience. A hallway double closet is also available for your luggage, jackets, or other items. The condo also has a stacked washer and dryer.



The kitchen has a full array of cooking appliances and essentials. Two bar stools are available for seating at the kitchen counter. The dinette table with seating for two is expandable. The 96 sq ft balcony has a wrought iron table set that can seat four. An electric BBQ grill is also available on the balcony for cooking while soaking up the view. All rooms have ceiling fans and high-speed Wi-Fi internet.



THE AMENITIES:

You will experience a treasure trove of amenities that will make your stay more enjoyable. Such as a Bluetooth speaker, coffee, cooking spices & oils, and HDMI and C cables already attached to the TV.



You will have private access to the condo. The resort amenities are shared with other Mariners Landing guests.

You will need to be registered with the resort to access onsite amenities. You will receive instructions to complete registration and waiver via e-mail. Please follow the instructions to ensure you have access to all amenities when you arrive.

Parking at The Pointe is free for our guests.



TRAILER & BOAT PARKING:

Available through the resort at registration for additional fees.



BEACH TOWELS & CHAIRS:

We only provide bath towels so please remember to bring beach towels for the lake, pools, and hot tubs. You may also want to bring beach chairs to sit on the beach.

Mariners Landing is a lakefront resort community with abundant amenities on Smith Mountain Lake. Onsite you have golfing, pro shop, indoor/outdoor pools, beaches, fishing piers, hot tubs, gym, physical therapy/exercise classes/massage, casual and fine dining, bars, convenience store, pickleball, tennis and boat rentals. If you feel like venturing out you are close to the Smith Mountain Lake State Park, various marinas and restaurants, wineries, breweries, distilleries, and much more. Roanoke, Lynchburg, and Peaks of Otter are within an hour’s drive.
