This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo provides the perfect backdrop for a romantic getaway for two or a single-family retreat. The bright and airy living area lets in plenty of light through the French doors leading out to the private balcony and converts to an additional sleeping area with its built-in murphy bed. Hungry? The fully-equipped kitchen offers you the opportunity to cook a gourmet meal, or the convenience of nearby town center eateries offer several delicious options as well. The choice is yours!

Great Location

Walking distance to everything. Great location for a couple. Clean unit. Only drawback is the unit smelled musty. An air purifier was running to abate the issue.

The Perfect Getaway

Condo in Rosemary was just perfect. Location, cleanliness, and all amenities were well above average. All restaurants and shops are walkable. Perfect vacation all around. We will be back!

360 Blue saved the day!

I can't properly review this exact location because unfortunately the day we arrived, we got a call from 360 Blue before check-in that there was a maintenance issue with the property. However, they quickly found us an alternative property that turned out to be beautiful. We did our own quick search and confirmed that there was NOTHING available this last minute, so the fact that they were able to get us a new rental so quickly was amazing. They also compensated us for the difference in the rental and inconvenience. We will be back!

Just Right!

It was perfect for our quick anniversary getaway. Perfectly, located in the heart of everything and a short walk to the beach. 360 Property Management was supportive and communicative throughout our stay. Loved this place. Have saved it to my trip board and we will be staying there again.

Nice, but a little run down

The space and location are good. There are stains on some of the furniture. One of the showers curtains has a hole. It was darker than the pics looked. The unit is located next to the stairs and elevator which made it really loud. It was easy to communicate with the property manager. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall, not bad, but we won't stay again. We've been spoiled by other great Rosemary Beach properties.

Great location near shops and security is very good. Had a bit of difficulty seeing the lock numbers on the Condo key box for gaining entry. Needed to use flashlight. Could add brighter bulbs over unit front door.

Perfect place for a quick getaway.

The place was clean, bright and and easy to get to. The only thing I would suggest is fixing the light and the vent above the range. The smoke alarm went off numerous times during breakfast 😂

A couple of issues need attention

The property overall was good but the directions to the condo were outdated (i.e. referenced Wild Olives even though the restaurant had moved) and vague and the building had no visible signage in order to find the first door. Trash pickup happened multiple times during our stay early in the morning, which was loud and more frequent than the instructions in the unit mentioned. Also, the living room area had a strong sewage odor that we were never able to air out or get used to. Overall it was comfy and mostly as advertised, but it could use some extra attention and updating for a better impression.

door locked us in the unit

The overall place was nice. Sofa and shower curtains need replacing. No Keurig if you need one. Easy accesss but the first morning we woke up to leave for the beach and we could not leave the unit. Door was locked from both sides. Took 30 minutes just to get through to someone and then they place a "computer" work order for maintenance. I thought it seemed more like an emergency but after waiting 30 minutes for anyone to even come we knocked on a. person passing in the hall, slide our key under the door and they were able to get us out. Who knows when they would have come but locksmith showed up at 4pm!!! unacceptable. No apology or discount -- they did call to check on us th next day. We will not stay her again but typically love Rosemary.

Great condo, great location!

If you want to be in the heart of 30A, this is the spot! Wake up, walk downstairs and grab your coffee, quick walk to the beach, right in the mix of everything. Great having 2 beds and 2 full baths! Highly recommend!

Great rental for a family of three. We enjoyed the location and proximity to town, the beach and pools. Condo was just as beautiful as pictured.

Beautiful property

We loved our stay in Rosemary Beach. The condo is lovely and the perfect size for myself and my husband. Convenient to everything Rosemary has to offer. We would love to stay there again.

October 2021 Stay

We enjoyed this cute loft for our trip. Was clean to my liking! I’m super picky!! The location was perfect! Only complaint is not about the loft, but that I emailed 360 Blue Management about some concerns we had on the trip and never received a response. That was disappointing.

Lovely condo, great location, but went forty-eight hours without amenity passes for the pools and beach, and also received a parking ticket for not having hangtags that were not available in the condo.

Enjoyed our stay

Great property. Worked well for four adults. The second full bath was very helpful and allowed 4 adults to enjoy a 5-6 night stay with privacy and comfort for us all. Great location.

March 2020 Stay

We loved our stay. It was spring break and a fabulous getaway. The bikes were included with our rental and we rode to restaurants nearby. The best part was the beach everyday! What an amazing view and so relaxing. Rosemary has everything and everyone is so kind and nice.

January 2019 Stay

We spent January and February in Rosemary Beach and can’t wait to return again next winter! We have fallen in love with this community, and the location of this condo is perfect. We enjoyed all the local restaurants, the gorgeous ocean views, the pools, and our daily walks along the boardwalk through Rosemary. Minor issues we experienced during our stay were handled immediately by 360 Blue, and communication with them was easy and efficient. The condo will have some upgrades soon, and we are grateful to the owner for allowing us to rent for an extended time again next year. Thank you!

October 2018 Stay

We love this time of the year at the beach. The condo is in a great location and very cute. But it needs a little TLC that happens just from normal wear and tear. There are lots of great restaurants in walking distance. It’s a great area to ride your bike and run/walk.

Nice, cute little condo in a prime location. Thanks for bikes, parking pass and access to the beach and pool. We loved touring around visiting Alys Beach and Watercolor. Beautiful wedding going on while there. Got to watch our favorite football team, West Point ARMY, at Shades down the street. Loved Havana restaurant!!!! As for the condo, loved the extra bathroom. I would suggest purchasing fresh decorative pillows. And the box spring was exposed; no dust ruffle. Last, an area carpet would be perfect in the bedroom. Hard to get in bed at night with dusty feet😉 just some fleshing up needed, thanks, the Swans
