Best ever stay at the beach

This property and location were perfect for us. Everything was easy. Our teenagers could walk or ride rented bikes into Rosemary Beach to shop or eat. We loved having the restaurant and bar at the beach entrance. Michael was super responsive when we had questions before arrival and during our stay. We plan to come back whenever we can!

Perfect condo and location

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. Exactly as described, clean, comfortable, felt like home... and I don’t usually feel that way on vacation. Perfect location to pool, beach and so close to beautiful Seacrest and Rosemary outdoor areas. We will definitely be back. :)

Loved our stay here!

Close to everything, and so many fun things happen within a 5 minute or less walk from the condo. Also loved having a spot set up on the beach for us every day. The kids loved waking to the donut truck every morning, and playing in the nearby splash fountain before going to the beach to swim and play. We are planning to stay here again next summer. Highly recommend it!

Great Time at High Pointe

The pool side location was incredible. Walk to Crabby Steve's for lunch/dinner, and hang around pool or head down to beach. We loved the direct access this unit provided, without elevators or stairs. Great support and communication from our host and cleaning crew. Will definitely return. Free set up umbrellas was great,

Perfect and safe location

This was the BEST location and setup of all the areas we’ve been on 30A. It’s on the Oceanside, which is great. Front row beach chairs and an umbrella were included saving tons of time and travel space. Even though High Pointe is an older complex, this unit was clean and maintained. It’s right across the street (less than 3 minute walk) to Peddlers Pavilion with food, treats, Starbucks, shopping, and live music every night. We will definitely stay here again!!!

A+ location and service!

Condo is located in a prime spot on 30a/ Seacrest beach right next to Rosemary. First floor unit made it easy access for pool and walking to beach with a child. Michael was a great host who communicated easily/ quickly with our questions. Really loved that 2 chairs came with this unit for easy beach use. Crabby Steve’s was a nice bonus for wonderful seafood and drinks. Renting in High Pointe with friends in other units was the perfect beach vacation!

Ground Floor Unit

Location of this unit on property is great and wonderful bonus of being a ground floor unit making it so easy to come and go, especially with kids. The thermostat seems to be on auto control, which kept the unit a bit chilly at times - I suggest bringing a lightweight jacket or blanket for the couch (chilly in the morning, but felt great after being out at the beach or pool in the afternoon). Unit is furnished with all the basics in the kitchen (but if you have small kids you might want to pack some plastic cups or plates as there were none there), washer and dryer and coffee maker. We love staying at High Pointe and communication with this owner was easy and quick.

Summer Getaway

Loved the location. It was very easy to communicate with owner and get questions answered. My only criticism was the cleanliness upon check in. I know turn around time on the homes and condos is a very short window. However, neither bathroom toilet under the seat was cleaned! Gross! Our housekeeper did fix the issue, but still gross. There were also dead bugs that had not been vacuumed by the sliding glass door, a bit out of sight so I can maybe give a small pass on that.

Family spring break 2023

Unit is as advertised. I would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend. As I read in others reviews the pool was closed for a portion of our stay as well, the the fault of the Vrbo host and I was promised a partial credit but fair warning to others it does happen. The condo is clean and functional but there are things that could use some attention. Nothing major that would affect your stay just things like missing/broken door stops and finicky faucets etc that would have to be remedied to be a 5 star for me. All tolled, I give it a 4.8. And fair warning, the owner requests additional credit card info outside the Vrbo site for wristbands not returned.

Unprofessional and Alarming

The property was decent, the condo that we stayed in specifically had sand in the bunk beds when we arrived. The condo owner was completely unprofessional, unstable, and threatening when he said that I should be SHOT when I was accused of damaging a piece of trim in the bathroom. Under no circumstance should the property owner have treated or spoken to me in such a deplorable way. He frightened me and my two children. Disheartening end to our vacation. Beware

Fall Break Getaway

Great location on the beachside in Seacrest, centrally located to everything. The weather and the beach were perfect during our stay. I would love to say that the pool was nice but it was closed for scheduled maintenance during our stay. This information should have been disclosed, one of the main reasons I booked this property was to have access to a pool. The unit is badly in need of a deep cleaning. I understand the turn time is short between rentals but I don't think that's an excuse not to properly clean. The carpet is stained throughout and it was visibly dirty on most surfaces. It makes it hard to have a comfortable stay when you can see dirt everywhere. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to resolve an issue we had with the microwave.

This area is paradise . I fell in love with this property the first time I stepped foot on this land. I bought preconstuction in 1996 when only two buildings of High Pointe were the only buildings for miles around on this beach

This condo is unique for people that do not want to have to run all the way upstairs and wait on the elevator to get there .

Kids can run out to the pool. Adults don't have to carry groceries and luggage very far. This condo is only steps to your car on one side and to paradise out the patio doors on the other
