The unit was very nice, clean, AMAZING first floor location. Very very convenient for families and anyone to get to the pool and beach.Owner was very helpful and responsive.Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! Michael is easy and fast to communicate with. We have stayed here 2 years in a row because it is a great place to rent. Easy access to beach, pool and great restaurants!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Michael was so easy to communicate with and incredibly helpful in getting us settled and navigating everything when we first arrived.The location is second to none — an easy walk to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach towns, with the pool and beach right on your doorstep. You could easily do this trip without a car, which was such a bonus.We will 100% be back!

Good location. Property was as described. Easy walk to the beach, Rosemary and Alyce. One small issue with a door but the owner helped us resolve it quickly. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time at this condo in March! It was so convenient and was perfect with our toddler! It had recently been updated. We had one hiccup, in which the owner took care of that day! We loved how safe and private the complex was. We will absolutely book this condo again! Can’t wait to be back!

This complex is in a great location. The pool rocks and the grounds are well kept. This unit was perfect for our family. We will come back next year.

Great place to stay

We were very comfortable in this condo. Amazing location and very convenient to be on ground floor with small children. Easy way to get to pool and beach. Would definitely stay again

We spent spring break in this condo and it was perfect. Location is great and the owner is VERY RECEPTIVE and available for any questions! Will definitely stay here again!

Best ever stay at the beach

This property and location were perfect for us. Everything was easy. Our teenagers could walk or ride rented bikes into Rosemary Beach to shop or eat. We loved having the restaurant and bar at the beach entrance. Michael was super responsive when we had questions before arrival and during our stay. We plan to come back whenever we can!

Spring Break 2023

2nd time we’ve stayed at this condo and had a fabulous time!! Owner is super responsive and condo was perfect. The location on the bottom floor is so easy to access pool, beach and Crabby Steve’s (restaurant on site) and we can’t wait for our next stay here this summer!

Great week!

We really enjoyed our stay! The second bedroom with two bunk bed sets was perfect for our family of four. Being on the ground floor makes it so convenient with groceries and pool access. We hope this unit is available next year!

Loved our stay here!

Close to everything, and so many fun things happen within a 5 minute or less walk from the condo. Also loved having a spot set up on the beach for us every day. The kids loved waking to the donut truck every morning, and playing in the nearby splash fountain before going to the beach to swim and play. We are planning to stay here again next summer. Highly recommend it!
