Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience. The oven was working and was confirmed to be working when our handyman came out. The hot water was also working throughout the house. The 3rd floor shower handle was loose, but the shower itself was working. You asked for a handyman to come and repair the outdoor shower, which required shutting off the water for a few hours—this was communicated and agreed to since your group planned to be at the beach during that time. The water was only off for 2 hours while your group was gone. We also want to be clear that your communication was not acceptable, including cursing at us in nearly every message. We’ve never experienced that from a guest, and it made it very difficult to assist you.
