This beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 .5 bathroom, newly furnished beach house sits right on the sand and sleeps 10. This is a very spacious 3000 sq ft home with lots of privacy and yet cozy and excellent common space for friends and family to enjoy a well deserved holiday.

Gorgeous fully equipped functioning kitchen allows for families to cook while enjoying the beach.

Two full size bedrooms are located on the 1st floor with 1.5 bathrooms.

The second floor has the master bedroom with a newly remodeled private bath.

This house also has a unique separate loft area with a king size bed on the 3rd floor and 2 twin beds on the second floor also equipped with a full bath to provide a family with small kids privacy and yet comfort that the kids are near by.

Private parking the can accommodate 4 to 5 cars. Private access to the beach however the access is shared with the cottage directly behind this home .

Views and sounds of the ocean from every inch of the house.

Sit out on the deck as you grill and enjoy the endless ocean!

House has heating and can be booked all year long. Beach is excellent for surfers especially during storms. Nothing is more spectacular than watching the waves during a storm.


This is the front house on an ocean front lot. Both homes are owned by the same family and is also available for rent, reference VRBO #1645681.

Fully house trained pets could be considered off season for an additional cleaning rate. Please inquire if interested.

I love maine, and this is a perfect setting for Maine Vacation with family members.The real gift we had was the ability to spend a little time with the owners.We were quick friends and they are fun, kind and wonderful hosts.We felt incredibly welcomed! Great 2 weeks and perfect weather!

This house right on the beach was awesome! Plenty of room for our group of 7 and two children. Everything was topnotch and well stocked. The host thinks of everything and was very responsive to our inquiries. There is nothing like sitting on the roomy deck with the sand and ocean before you with morning coffee or evening cocktails, or watching the children play in the sand. Wonderful ocean views from just about every room. Plenty of parking in the driveway. This was a vacation we will never forget!

We love the property and we are return visitors. The location on the beach makes it much easier with young children. Everything in the house was perfect. The host is always very responsive.

The house was amazing and directly on the beach! It was beautiful to watch the sunrise each morning along with enjoying coffee or a cocktail on the deck. The kitchen was fully equipped for me to make our family meals each day. Plenty of space and very comfortable. My elderly parents have always wanted to stay beachfront so I was happy to make this happen and spend the time with them making memories.

Such a lovely getaway spot!

The house was simply beautiful and the perfect spot for our annual beach getaway with family! Sophi was such a pleasure to work with, very responsive and available to address any questions we had throughout our stay. Beautiful house! Absolutely perfect location! Would definitely recommend to stay here. Directly on the beach. You hear and smell the ocean in every room. Comfy beds and good size bedrooms. Can't wait to come back again.

Wonderful!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Wells. The check in was easy. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had extra conveniences such beach towels and beach chairs. All in the perfect location. The beds were comfortable too. The nicest home I’ve stayed in at Wells. We can’t wait to go back!

Wells Beach 2023

Location x3! Perfect spot for our busy, growing family. The grandchildren have been spoiled! Will only want beachfront from here on out! The host was responsive to all questions and needs. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Family owned home owned by a husband and wife team, parents of 2 kids that love the beach. It is our number one priority to make this vacation home a desired home for families to enjoy. The husband does construction and ensures the property is always in mint condition. Professionally cleaned and all linens are replaced and supplied with each visit.

Simply amazing. Photos DO NOT do it justice. Steps from sandy Wells beach. This is a lifelong dream for the family to own a property this amazing. Full equipped with all necessary amenities. Ideally located 0.5 miles from arcade and restaurants plus 1 mile away from grocery store.

Wells is directly in the middle of Oqunquit and Kennybunkport for very convenience exploring and site seeing.
