We had a wonderful stay in Hilton Head! The property was beautiful, the amenities were excellent, and the condo was stocked with everything we could possibly need — so many thoughtful touches throughout. We did have one small issue during our stay, but the response was incredibly quick and someone came out to fix it within 24 hours. Great communication and hospitality from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hickory cove 40 was conveniently located with a short bike ride to the beach. We were happy that a beach wagon was provided which is definitely needed to haul all our beach gear this rental is super close to the pool. We had 6 guests so plenty of sleeping room. Kitchen is small but had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Liked that we had starter supplies and ample toilet paper provided. The unit was very clean and bright. Nice porch and deck. The 2nd fl bathroom could use a bit recalling to clean up around the tub. Other than that everything was very nice.

Two weeks in paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I cannot say enough about this rental. It was our first time staying in Palmetto dunes after almost 40 years of going to shipyard. The kitchen is equipped with anything you could desire. The back deck has a gate across it so it’s perfect for sitting outside for coffee or wine with your pups. The beds are very comfortable and the decor is beautiful. The beach is a quick five minute walk down a beautiful trail and never seemed to be crowded even though we were there over July 4. It’s also a quick walk to the dunes, beach restaurant, the general store and Alexander’s. We will be back.

There’s no greater compliment than hearing you’ll be back, and we hope to welcome you to Hilton Head again soon.

Wonderful condo close to beach

We loved our stay in this Palmetto Dunes condo, which is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The development is very pretty and was quiet during Christmas week. The condo has bright and cheerful decor with plenty of natural light. The bedrooms are spacious and there is an extra bed in the hallway upstairs. Both the master bed and living room couch are extra firm but comfortable enough. The property mgmt is very attentive and responsive to concerns. We will look forward to staying here again.

Good location, but home needs updates

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location as end unit, close to pool and within nice walking distance to beach access. The home is a nice size for one family. The beds were comfy. The main level bath was too small to use and the pocket door didn’t close. We had to request a new shower liner in the upper bath because the existing one was stained and nasty but the management provided one ASAP. Appreciated their quick response. The carpet and rugs were disgusting, dirty and stained. Recommend LVP in all of home. The tub floor and bathroom floors needed to be bleached. The neighbors on the shared wall were very noisy past midnight and woke us up many nights. The Palmetto Dunes community was very nice, easy to bike, and very clean. Loved the beach. The home needs recycling for plastic bottles, etc. Other properties provide hand soap pumps, coffee/k-cups, welcome basket with snacks and water. At this price, we were disappointed that these were not provided. Expected more from a resort rental. Overall we loved the area but home needs updates.
