Slightly older which we didn’t have a problem with. It had a bit of a smell and we unfortunately came home with moths in our luggage.

The dishes were covered in dust. We had to wash dishes upon arrival.The shower smelled moldy and was a little slimey. We had to clean it upon arrival.A shelf in the closet wasn't properly installed. A small, empty suitcase placed upon it caused it to fall, making a small gash in my forehead.The location was outstanding.The unit needed updating and attention to details

Enjoyed are stay which was very close to the Inlet Beach public beach access and bathrooms. The complex is very secure and quiet. Only 18 units so the small pool was intimate but not crowded during our September stay. We also enjoyed the friendliness of the residents and beach guide. Perfect for our sister's getaway weekend. We hope to come again.

Great stay at a great location. Only critique would be the AC could only go to 72 and had to call to get permission for it to go lower.

This was the ideal spot for a beach vacation. It was wonderful to walk out the door and be able to enter the public access. So convenient and easy! The condo had everything needed and we appreciated the security of the gated property. It made it nice to leave our beach cart on the porch without fearing it could be taken.

Pro’s: distance and access to the beach was great. No stairs to deal with was a big plus. Nice to ride bikes around and access the local shopping and restaurants Con’s: We found several roaches in our room. The kitchen faucet was not even attached to the sink. Stove had stains all over the front of it like someone had spilled something. Fridge had broken shelves. Shower had mold in the caulk and grout.

Very concenient and great property. Perfect location . I did have a LOT of problems trying to get the info to check in Never did get an email . I called multiple times which was quite stressful . Better communication needed .

This place was extremely convenient to the beach — you really didn’t even have to move your vehicle once you arrived, which was a huge plus. The unit itself was clean overall, and we enjoyed the location very much.A couple of things could definitely be improved. The water pressure was not very impressive, and the bathroom could benefit from having a taller toilet for added comfort. Also, while the condo was generally clean, there was a water bottle left under one of the living room chairs that housekeeping may have overlooked.Overall, a good stay because of the location and convenience to the beach.

Perfect Location

We’ve stayed at this property before (in different units) and will definitely return to this unit again! Quite literally steps from the beach from the porch. The property manager was communicative ahead of time. It was easy to rent beach chairs and umbrellas through Vacayzen that were delivered prior to our arrival. Left our car parked the entire stay and walked into Rosemary for shops and dining, an easy 15-minute walk through the neighborhood.

Good overall only issue was that only 1 tv worked after I told them to come fix all the tvs I didn’t feel like asking them to come again but everything else was good they were quick to respond to my questions and concerns. Would come back just hope they fix the tv situation.
