Very clean, AC cooled the place off quite quickly with a unit in the living room area and another in the bedroom. Accessible to the beach across the street and walking distance to foodland and other restaurants/bars. Would definitely book again!

Family vacation

We had a great stay! The beach was just a short walk and lots of food and shopping all around. The pool was nice and clean and the house was very nice.

A great place to stay

Wonder staff, friendly and helpful..Ed, the security guy was most helpful the few times we needed him, due to our own misshaps..centrally located, good access to beach, condo was fully stocked with all our immediate needs.

The host was welcoming. The unit was ok everything seemed a little outdated. The sliding patio screen door was rough shape.

Great access to the entire Island. Perfect for a family or a couple looking for a place that don't need all the amenities as a resort has. All in all was a perfect stay for me and my son 11 days.

Great stay in Kihei

We really enjoyed our stay in Kihei! The place was exactly what we were looking for and Kathy was very easy to communicate with and always responded to messages very promptly. Would highly recommend!

Hawaii vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location to everything. Property was very clean. Washer and dryer in unit was extremely convenient. I highly recommend renting this property.

Little place in Paradise

The location across from the beach is fantastic and a lot of thought was put into making sure the condo has all the amenities for you to enjoy your stay. The host seems genuine and was quick to respond to questions - thank you! Miss it already!!

Great location

Great location 1 building across the street from Charley Young beach which turns into Kamaole 1 2 and 3. Well stocked kitchen easy to use and easy to clean. The shower can use a good cleaning as there is mold in grout of glass blocks...

Maui Condo

I love the property at Maui Vista. It is a good location and easy in and out. This is in need of an upgrade. It is pretty worn. However, we loved staying there.

Christmas Getaway

Overall the condo was sufficient for our needs. I have provided Kathy (my contact) with some of the issues to allow them to address them as opposed to public disclosure. The location is fine and although the property is aging, it is kept in terrific shape. Staff of the property were exceptionally friendly too.

Need new bar chairs and table on deck( can’t see over railing) we are deck users. Also umbrella would be good as to hot by 4 pm to use deck , get rid of old bench.Air conditioner in bedroom is too noisy to run.Need to change out the old chair in living room, not comfortable. Condo was clean, liked updated flooring in living room. Like location

Overall was an excellent stay. Would rent again. I do think the condo we stayed in could use some updates. Especially shower entrance (kind of small.) I think glass blocks should be taken down and just use shower curtain. Would get be much more room to enter shower.

Maui visit after 15 years

The scenery is gorgeous, and the property is clean but needs an upgrade of the rental. Few comments nonsmoking rental but someone smokes paka lolo Saw baby roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Ceiling fan is so dirty other than that nice and we like it.

Not clean

The kitchen had roaches. I only stayed one night and found another place. There were no sheets for pull out coach. However, the host was responsive and fully refunded me,

Aloha Traveler, Sorry to here you did not enjoy your stay. The Resort had sprayed their quarterly treatment on Monday, with your arrival was on Wednesday the 16th. As for the linens, they were located in the bottom drawer of the dresser in the master bedroom. All other linens and towels are located in the bedroom closet for guest use. Yes, we did refund you in full since you did not like the condo nor the construction the county was doing on the road in front of the complex. The unit is fully updated and DOES NOT have a roach issue, complex provided quarterly treatments to keep our tropical pest under control. Mahalo!
