Enjoy the best of both worlds in this thoughtfully designed 2,300 sq ft home nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet only blocks from the beach, dining, shopping, and entertainment.
• Private elevator with access to the first 3 floors providing easy transport of luggage, groceries, etc.
• Beach chairs, wagon, small cooler, boogie boards, beach towels, and sand toys are included.
• Loads of kitchen amenities.
• Fully stocked laundry room.
• Parking for 4 cars.
• Outside shower.
• 2 separate patios.
• 4th floor studio has a private entrance accessible by exterior stairs. Note, elevator does not go to 4th floor.
• Centrally located near hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, golf, Carolina Beach Boardwalk, dining, fishing piers, Fort Fisher Aquarium, frisbee golf and more.

Wonderful Memorial Day weekend

Beautiful home, very comfortable beds, lots of extras, elevator was great for the in-laws, and amazing views from the top balcony of sunrise and sunset.

John and his family were an absolute pleasure to host. All house rules were adhered to and they left our home neat and tidy. I asked for improvement input and he offered some great suggestions. Very much appreciated. I would 100% welcome them back anytime!

Great Stay!

The house is amazing! It was clean, spacious and well equipped. If you don’t like stairs, and there are stairs, no worries there is an elevator. We loved the neighborhood and proximity to the beach. We loved our stay!

Great Beach House

This house was perfect for our large family. The older kids had their own space and younger kids stayed on the same floor as us. We enjoyed having everything we needed right at the property, especially all the beach chairs and toys. The short walk to the beach was a big bonus! Communication was great when we had any questions! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect beach vacation house

This house is fantastic! We had 8 adults and plenty of room. Beds are very comfortable. Lots of extra pillows and blankets. Short walk to beach. Close to boardwalk, restaurants, grocery store, and pharmacy. House has everything you need!! Host was responsive quickly. Would definitely recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay. This property is located about 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. Beds are very comfy and every quest had their on bathrooms. Very peaceful! This property has everything you need. Property owner will respond in a timely manner. Very polite! 5 STARS All around! I will be staying again.

Quick getaway

We were impressed with the house and location. Lots of stairs so be ready to get a workout! It does have an elevator if needed. We also appreciated they allowed a stay shorter than a week! So grateful! We could only get everyone together for a couple days ! It was perfect for us!

Loved our stay! House was perfect for our large family. Lots of stairs, we opted to not use the elevator but got our steps in. They offered many items for the beach which was amazing considering we were coming from Idaho. Thank you for letting us stay!

What a great review! Creating comfortable and memorable family beach vacations is exactly what we strive for. Also happy to hear the beach gear and amenities helped lighten your packing list. Future guests should note that the home spans multiple levels, offering plenty of space to spread out, and the private elevator serves the first three floors for those who prefer to skip counting steps. Extras include a 1-car garage, dedicated work space, 4th floor private studio, (NOTE: 4th floor studio is only accessible via external staircase and does not have elevator access) outdoor shower, and plenty of room to gather or to get some private time.
