The views from the house were very serene and nice. Our kids got to have a day on the lake with the pier provided. The weather wasn’t that great during our stay so we only got 1 day to enjoy the outdoors. The bathrooms were updated and nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. Furniture was sparse but we knew that going in. I would suggest better seating in living room and basement. We thoroughly enjoy the cardboard cut out of The Rock! We would try to scare each other with him around the house. By the end of the week he was part of the family. :) Russell was very responsive and addressed the one issue we had timely. Despite the bad weather , we enjoyed our time at the house .

This is a good property that could be great with a few small changes. It is nicely updated inside but needs a few things. Seating in living room is limited. With the possibility of hosting 8 people, there is seating for 5 and only one small table to put a snack or drink on. There were only 4-5 coffee mugs and the plastic utensils were well used. There was no dish drying mat, only one dish towel and no dish cloth. A couple extra dish towels and a dish rag would be a big help. Two of the shelves in the fridge had a purple liquid spill which I cleaned myself.There is a beautiful view outside with very limited seating. The listing showed a table and chairs and that was no longer there. The firepit was covered and there were four chairs, three with a cushion. The lake side of the house gets afternoon sun and it is hot. A dining table with an umbrella would be a good investment. We moved the chairs to get a little shade but there is no place to set a drink or plate. Also, there is a nice covered boat shed perfect for sitting and watching the boats on the lake. However, it has weeds and undergrowth growing up the stairs on the floor which made it less than ideal to take your own chairs down to use it.The beds are comfortable and roomy but only one bedroom has a dresser. There were only 3 towels in each bathroom which wouldn’t accommodate 2 couples sharing a bathroom.This could be a great property with a few small investments!

This home is beautiful, sitting right on the lake. We enjoyed our morning coffee watching deer all around the property. The house was very clean, the beds are super comfortable & the host was very responsive. We had a wonderful time & would recommend this home to anyone looking for a spacious, clean, quiet spot in TN!

Amazing view and super comfy beds! Could use a little more furniture. We had 6 adults and only seating for 4 in the living room. No comfortable seating in the basement gaming area. No dressers in 3 of the bedrooms. Kitchen and bathrooms nicely updated. Beautiful view of the lake and lots of wildlife roaming about.Conveniently located to the Bristol Speedway.
