Beautiful property and excellent location!

Gorgeous, well maintained property with awesome access to beaches, pools, and attractions. The kitchen is stocked with all the gadgets and the view from the balcony is incredible!

Excellent location and property!

We had an amazing time at summerhouse! The weather and water were perfect! The condo was very roomy and we never had to wait on the elevator. Can’t wait to rent again next year!

Amazing place to stay!

We had an awesome experience at this condo! Super clean and carpet was brand new. Amazing views from the room as well! We enjoyed our entire stay & had no problems. The communication with property manager was excellent and he always responded within minutes. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Great unit

Great unit in building C. The unit was well equipped and the owner was very responsive. We love staying at Summer House.

Florida in March

We very much enjoyed our stay. The complex is very quiet and relaxing. Being right on the beach we could enjoy the sound of the ocean all day! The unit was clean and comfortable exactly what our family needed! We will definitely be back!

Our new favorite condo at PCB

Overall experience was great! Quieter end of the beach with ease to restaurants and activities. Check in process was easy, staff was very friendly, property and condo were very nice. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

Pc beach July 2020

We enjoyed our stay! Host was great and super responsive. Accommodations were pretty much as stated. Guests staying might want to bring a couple of extra pillows and a throw/cover. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation

We had the best time! We would definitely stay again in this same condo. Very clean and nice. Beds are super comfortable. Wish the pool was a little bigger but there are 2 of them.

Easy to park your vehicle. Elevators were quick. The resort was clean and quiet.

Overall I liked everything. Suggestion-new couch and outside table would be nice.

Great spot!

Loved this space. Condo had all we needed and was very clean. Kitchen configuration is tight so I wouldn’t plan on spending a lot of time cooking. The grounds were fantastic with the activities, pools and hot tub. Chair service is available on the beach.

Beautiful view and excellent location

This unit was perfect for my family. It was convenient to everything and was as described. We will be coming back if God keeps us here to do so. I loved all the activities they had for our teen kids. Karaoke was our favorite.

Fun time

This unit provided a comfortable stay for myself and 5 others. We had a wonderful view of the ocean and shade on our patio most of the day. The kitchen was very small, but it worked out for us since we spent most nights enjoying the great restaurants in the convenient location. I hope to visit again next year!
