Family friendly....perfect description! We have 2 young boys and God has blessed us with this place to enjoy as we're doing our best to raise them right. I love the we don't have to worry about their safety or how close we are to the road. There is 24-hr security and we have the peace of knowing our kids are safe. So we wanted a place that we could wake up and see the ocean!To us though, one of the most important things is something you mentioned...The Summerhouse it perfect to spend comfortable quality time with your family! Amy, thank you so much for staying with us and we very much appreciate the feedback. I wish you would have let us know about the floors as we would have had our cleaning staff come back and make it right for you. Our cleaning staff lives very close to our condo and they are always very responsive if we need them for any reason. As for the bed linens, I'm sorry they didn't have the fresh scent you were expecting but we use a hypoallergenic detergent on all of our linens so that they are free of any dyes and perfumes. We do this to protect guests who may be sensitive to those type of environmental allergens. We will do our best to communicate this more clearly in the future. We completely agree with you about our end of the beach...we LOVE the Thomas Dr. end because it's more relaxing and less crowded but yet you can get anywhere you need to be fairly quickly.
