Our much sought after first floor larger 2 bedroom corner unit is in the 500 Building (Unit 511). The condo provides a partial view of the Gulf, sand dunes and a beach access entrance from our living room/patio. NO busy road to cross or steps to climb!! Just 400 yards to the nearest Public Beach from this entrance. There is a complementary shuttle provided to the public beaches during peak season. Folding beach chairs are available for your use at no additional cost with this unit.
The condo has a master suite with king-size bed. The second bedroom has two twin over full bunk beds. If travelling with a baby, there is a pack and play (72 hour advance request required).
Cable flat screen Smart TV’s are located throughout the unit. A 40” Smart HDTV with DVD is located in the living/dining room area. A 32” flat screen Smart HDTV TV is located in the master bedroom. A 20” Smart HDTV is located in the second bedroom.
The amenities of our complex, Beachside Villas, includes two outdoor pools (one is seasonally heated), 2 lighted tennis courts/pickle ball, shuffleboard, corn hole game, outdoor grills, party deck on adjoining lake, wash-off showers, and immediate boardwalk access to the most beautiful beach in the world!
Beachside Villas is ideally located away from the crowds BUT very close to so many of the activities that bring people back to this part of the Panhandle year after year. It is located in close proximity to Destin and Panama City Beach- SEASIDE is less than 5 minutes also. You can rent bikes and travel along the beautiful bike paths to charming Rosemary Beach, Seaside, and Grayton Beach. Also, Deer Lake State Park is less than a mile down the beach with hiking trails and sand dunes. Top golf courses are nearby including Camp Creek and Santa Rosa Golf Club.
San Destin resort and the Silver Springs outlets are 20 minutes away. Also, miniature golf, Pier Park, Shell Island and water parks can be found nearby in Panama City or Destin.
For your safety and security and for the property, the home has outside video and audio recording cameras along with carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers located within the home.

Everything was great! The listing was accurate and had plenty of room for our family. Communication with the host was good, they very quick to respond and sent everything we needed to know ahead of time. We would stay here again!

Nice property with a view of gulf. Host was great. Property was clean and quiet. Pools were nice. Condo was nicely stocked. We enjoyed our stay. The walk to the designated beach area was a little further than anticipated but that is no fault of this property or owners and there are shuttles available.

Home was perfect for our family of 4 (dad, mom, two boys under 10). Great proximity to the beach and most anywhere you’d like to go on 30A. You can tell the owners take care of the property and are working to make upgrades (upgraded guest bathroom). Overall, a great place!

A great stay!! I was 30w pregnant with a toddler & 5YO when we came. No stairs and close parking was a life saver! Beach shuttle was so fast and convenient for us!! Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed!

Joy and Tom's condo on 30A was absolutely amazing. The unit was clean and well furnished with everything you'd need for vacation, including beach chairs, umbrella, and lots of kid toys. The community pool was always clean too. The proximity to Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and all the numerous shops and restaurants in between was a huge plus -- we rented bikes to get around which was fun and convenient. The nearby Eastern Lake was beyond incredible; the lake is connected to the gulf by a shared beach, so you could go back and forth for an experience you'll never forget. Lastly, Joy and Tom were great hosts and immediately responded to all of our questions.The only downside was that the beach right in front of the unit was private, so while we could access the beach by walking less than 1 minute, we had to walk 1,000 feet in either direction to reach a public area to setup our gear. There was a free shuttle from the unit to the public beaches, but we didn't mind just walking along the water line.

Really enjoyed our stay. Minutes away from action areas the big chill,pickles, shopping just everything you would ask for. Great Gulf view comfortable furniture in den dining room bed n master was amazing beach just a few steps away I could go on and on it just feels good to rent a place and get more than you expected.

Great Weekend Getaway

Great location

Great location, beautiful neighborhood! Just a short walk to the beach and a short bike ride to all the local shops. We rented e-bikes and that was definitely the best way to get around. Easy checkin process and close parking. We enjoyed the constant ocean view tremendously. Great, clean property.

Relaxing Getaway

511 Beachside was super clean (and I’m really picky!!), which we all appreciated. Access to and view of the beach was great. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.

Great location

Great place for a quick weekend away. Loved the lake/beach access. Lots of fun playing in the shallow waters of Eastern Lake. Convenient to restaurants and shopping yet away from the big crowds.

So glad you enjoyed your stay. We do have a special location since we are on the Gulf side of 30 A and near the natural dune lakes and state parks. We love having Eastern Lake and Deer Lake State park so close to our condo. And our favorite is the white sandy beaches.

Wonderful, relaxing stay!

This condo is perfectly located and a true home away from home. Things such a shelf in the kitchen to store groceries, command hooks in the shower for bathing suits, beach chairs and toys provided and the comfortable seating on the balcony make this the perfect place. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to return!

Excellent Location

Beachside Villas 511 was perfect for our family of four. The proximity to the beach was great. The owners were extremely responsive and the condo provided everything we needed it to. This is a quiet community that I highly recommend when traveling with your family.

Glad you enjoyed your trip. One of the things we love the most is our location. We are tucked away off of 30A's busy traffic and very close to the beach. Quiet community but an easy walk, bike ride or drive to all of the 30A and The Hub activities if you desire.

Perfect spot!

This condo was perfect for our family of 7! Just steps to the beach, walking distance to coffee shops, located in a nice neighborhood, and the amenities and heated pool were perfect! The host was also incredibly kind and quick in helping us!

Quiet beach, shopping nearby and great resaurants. Watch the sunset from the patio and enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. This bottom floor unit has no stairs and is only a 35 yard walk to the beach entrance. We also provide two beach chairs for you to use while visiting.
