Visit Seagrove! — this is a beautiful condo directly on the beach. Seagrove Beach is a heavenly place right in the heart of 30A. Seagrove Beach is a quiet neighborhood between well-known Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Our area is considered a private beach, and our guests enjoy a complimentary beach chair set up for two, gulf-front views daily, plus the gorgeous sun setting right outside on the white, sugary sands each night.
Seagrove Beach allows guests to unwind, lessen their worries for the day, and quietly get back to nature. Just one row of chairs on our private beach and no hassles. Guests enjoy renting bikes from 30A Bike Rental right on the corner and biking to Seaside’s town center within minutes, or some even walk the beach straight to Seaside!
CONDO DETAILS
The logistics of the condo offer all the basics plus a few extras! Within the kitchen, you’ll find a complete set of pots and pans, all utensils and plates, etc., which you’ll need in your gulf front kitchen to whip up a meal. We have an oversized counter bar with high-back chairs for eating inside or a white bar top table and chairs on the balcony. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room so you don’t miss the sparkling emerald water views. In this room, you’ll see a small sofa and two high-back chairs to relax in, plus a TV with Netflix. The queen master bedroom has a DVD TV combo, no ceiling fan, a large closet to hang your clothes, and a small dresser.

Our beach is PRIVATE and comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella from March till October annually. Guests may not bring tents onto the private beaches.
We invite you to come to the Emerald Coast to experience the simple pleasures of beach time. Restaurants are close by, and we recommend ( as well as our guests) Bud and Ally's in Seaside Proper for a quick lunch with a fantastic Gulf view. Cafe Thirty-A from 5-6 is a two-for-one deal with a fabulous dining atmosphere, and Florida Fish House makes excellent sushi and jazz plays on the weekends. There are numerous options, but these are the faves around Seagrove.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! It was spotless, cozy, and exactly what we were looking for. One of our favorite parts was enjoying a cup of coffee on the patio while taking in the beautiful beachfront view each morning.The private beach area reserved for condo guests made the experience even more relaxing. Patty was a wonderful host—she responded quickly to every question and made sure everything went smoothly.If you’re looking for a peaceful beach getaway, I highly recommend booking this place. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great condo. Great location
Condo was perfect for our get away. Awesome location. Beach access and chairs were very easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place and Host
We had an exceptional time here, place was very clean and nice per the descriptions. Also, Patty was very helpful answering our questions while we were there.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, the property is beautiful and Patty is an excellent host.

Great location and very clean
We definitely enjoyed this place. It was a great location. The condo was so clean. Access to the beach was perfect. Communication with the owner was also great.

Beautiful place!
This is such a nice place. It is so close to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was beautiful.

Great condo right on the beach
We really enjoyed our stay here. Clean condo right on the beach. The owner was very responsive too. Would definitely come back again.

We enjoyed our stay as we could walk right out the door and on the beach. Very clean and updated condo. We will earmark this place for future trips.

Lovely Beachside Home
This property exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail by the hosts and the proximity to the ocean are both amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect couples get away
We love this place and have stayed at Leeward 1 for the past 8 years. This is our favorite unit thus far with modern accommodations and a killer view on the balcony.

Great stay!
We had a wonderful visit! Great location, description of property was accurate. Easy to check in and communicate with the owner. We could have just sat on the balcony the whole visit and been content.

Amazing beach front getaway...private and close to everything!!
We enjoyed our stay!! It had everything we needed and more!! Very clean and cozy!! Only steps to the water, close to shopping and local eateries!! We will come again!!

A great condo and stay!
The property fit our needs perfectly. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions and was very friendly. We love the location!

Cute place on private beach
We had a fantastic week at this property! We loved being right on the beach and were just a short bike ride away from some great restaurants, shopping and coffee shops. Would definitely return!

Amazing location, great condo, very clean, loved the decor and layout, was just perfect. LOVED being on the bottom floor, so easy to see everything and very easy close walk to the beach. Highly recommend and we will be back.
