WATERFRONT POOL HOME has it all!

I dispute most of the guest complaints as being unfounded or unreasonable. The house was fully, professionally cleaned before move-in. When the guests reported their food had spoiled, our service tech found the next day that the refrigerator and freezer were both fully functional and working properly. So the likely conclusion is that the guests had inadvertently neglected to fully close the refrigerator door resulting in food spoilage. To my knowledge the refrigerator and freezer have both been working properly every single day. Additionally we have a fully functional spare refrigerator and freezer for their use in the garage. The only related issue is that the ice maker stopped working a few weeks ago likely due to lightning/power surge and we are awaiting delivery of replacement part. The lightning storm power surge blew out the main electric breakers, cutting off electric and AC, which we had repaired and back on by the next day. Over a period of months, maintenance issues can arise, but we have full time service staff to address those issues.
