It was no clean when we got there. Sand in beds, had not been swept and the kitchen air fryer was not clean

The penthouse was stunning, very clean and well kept. Host was responsive to any issues. My family enjoyed their stay.

Absolutely Gorgeous view of the ocean! Got to see some dolphins in the water on our last day off the balcony! The decorations were beautiful and made the condo feel like a true home away from home. The condo was clean , great water pressure and very spacious. Loved the extras like the high chair , beach chairs and water boards. Location was perfect , close to everything we needed. Check in was so easy , staff in lobby were friendly and the small kids play area was a hit with the littles. Definitely would stay again on our next trip!

Beautifully decorated amd breathtaking oceanfront views! Amazing main bedroom suite with 180 degree ocean view. Great setup with top grade cookware for cooking for large family. Very clean and spacious bunk room made a great 4th bedroom

Great family location

We came with a huge party. There was enough room for everybody to stay and spread out. Everything you need for the beach as well! Will def be back!

2601 is amazing!

From the very first moment we booked this trip, the host made everything simple, clear and easy. Not only was this condo beautiful but it is located in the best spot. We have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Great condo and perfect weather!

We all loved the views from our extended balcony and there was plenty of room in the unit for the 10 of us! Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking a large meal for a large family! Everything was nice and clean upon arrival and we didn’t have any problems at all. The hosts were very responsive with all communications. We used the recommended grocery service and loved it! I Would definitely recommend this condo and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Short on time

Great stay while we were there unfortunately, the current forecast for the hurricane had cut our time in half. I needed to keep my family out of harm’s way so, we decided that Wednesday was the day that we had to leave. Would have been nice to have a rebate for the time we had left but, it was not even mentioned. Renter beware!!!

Family Time Matters

We are a family of 6, kids are growing, so we have a mixture of young adults and some young teenagers. We allowed the "children" to bring friends and to expand our family a touch. The property was perfect for everything we needed, spacious enough to spread out in the extra bedrooms or the wrap around balcony, but at the same time, the open floor plan in the kitchen, dining and living room really allowed everyone to enjoy some much needed family time. Whether is it was fun times at the beach, pool or playing games/watching tv in the room, this property allowed it all to come together. We had the best 6 days here in PCB, and loved having a place (#2601) that allowed so many memories to be made! highly recommend this place for the "larger" families! Truly was a blessing that we all needed and loved!

Not worth the hassle

Tidewater has the worst elevator service ever!!! Not enough elevators for the amount of people. Or they aren’t working! And you’re on the higher floors ! If you’re not fit! You won’t be able to make it! The condo, could use some updating, appliances are old. Not enough towels for 10 guest , which we had. No free umbrellas on the beach. Knobs falling off the doors every time you open or closed the bedroom door. The hostess did get in touch with me and somewhat a timely matter, but for the price I was disappointed for the overall stay.

Our review would have been excellent except for a few irritations. Workers were next to our unit outside grinding old paint off the structure. The grinding was very loud and extremely annoying. This lasted all day, for 1 week. The building was being painted on our side and therefore the pool on our end was closed during our entire stay. However, there was a pool open on the other side of the building. The oven was unbelievably dirty, and we were unable to use it. Also, one of the ceiling lights in the bunk room was burned out. The stopper in the sink located in the main bathroom was missing. We called the owner, who told us that he would contact the housekeeping service and have these issues taken care of. Unfortunately, we never heard from the housekeeping service and therefore these problems were never corrected during our stay. It should be noted that the owner always answered immediately when we called. The premises were as beautiful as was depicted on the ad. Outstanding views from every window. The cookware and dishes were plentiful. There were numerous appliances that one could use, i.e. air fryer, crock pot, both Keurig and regular coffee makers. A suggestion would be to have more bath towels and extra blankets. All in all, it was comfortable and relaxing stay.

Regarding the oven, we sent our housekeeping team over right away to assist, but they were turned away by yall when they arrived/knocked. We loved the view and the space in this unit! It was extremely clean! The kitchen was nice and open and the main living area space was perfect for a large group wanting a perfect view! I recommend bringing extra fans for the bedrooms and extra towels. Definitely plan to arrive after check in time and leave well before check out time as the elevator situation is very time consuming. The location of the resort is perfect, the beach and ocean is so great right in front of the resort. Very shallow for a long way out! This unit has perfect panoramic views too. You are paying for the huge space and the amazing view. Those two things make it worth it.
