Step inside and you're greeted by a bright, airy interior where a full wall of sliding glass doors opens to reveal your designer pool, spa, and tranquil backyard oasis. The spacious great room features a wood‑burning fireplace and flows seamlessly into the kitchen - complete with gas cooking, a wine cooler, slab granite counters, and solid wood cabinetry. It's the perfect setup for entertaining, whether you're hosting a casual brunch or a lively evening gathering.

The main suite offers a serene retreat with a king‑size bed, private en‑suite bathroom, and direct access to the pool deck - ideal for morning dips or late‑night soaks. A second en‑suite bedroom with a queen bed sits on the opposite side of the home, offering privacy and comfort for additional guests. The converted garage has been transformed into a vibrant game room with a pool table, television, bar area, and plenty of lounge seating, making it a favorite hangout spot for guests of all ages.

Two additional guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom - one featuring a queen bed, the other offering a pyramid bunk bed perfect for kids. A cozy den just off the main living space provides another inviting area for movie nights, reading, or quiet relaxation.

Outside, the backyard is pure Palm Springs magic. A large grassy area invites play and lounging, while the gas BBQ grill makes alfresco dining effortless. Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor:

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

The City requires a few quick steps for all vacation rentals. After booking, we'll send you the required rental documents to complete within 24 hours, and a quick face-to-face video check-in is also required before your stay. Please review your agreement carefully for important local regulations. We want you to enjoy your stay with no surprises, and we're here to help every step of the way.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September) Driveway parking only.

Your total reservation price includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee, booking fee, guest service fee, and applicable local taxes. These guest-facing fees support professional cleaning, a safe and secure booking experience, and additional guest amenities and services designed to create a seamless vacation experience, including welcome snacks and bottled water upon arrival.
