Our luxury condo is great for a extended family vacation or a gathering of friends. Make everyone happy!!! Fun for all ages with great access to all sorts of activities. Whether you are walking, driving or taking a bus. Gated pool outside your door, beach, inlet, marina, fishing, boat rentals, jet skiing, shopping, spa, hiking, biking, nature, casinos, horse racing, go-carts, arcades, amusement rides, boardwalk, restaurants, bars, relaxing, watch the sun rise and sun set. Play games, put together a puzzles or read that book you have been meaning to read. Rain or shine there is always something to do.(or not to do if you choose)

The Perfect Condo!

My family and I had a fantastic time! The condo was perfect! It had everything we needed and more! The location was quiet and easy to walk to the bay and beach! The beds were so comfortable and the pull out couch was comfortable as well! We really enjoyed having the wagon to haul all our beach stuff back and forth too!

Best place ever!

We found our new favorite spot to stay. The condo was beautifully furnished and stocked with everything we needed and more. Joy was fantastic to work with. The location is superb. Can’t wait for our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo had everything we needed. The location was great. Dunkin was right by our condo which WA. s very convenient. A block away from the boardwalk. Joy was very responsive. The condo was so clean and spacious. We would definitely go back to stay.

We needed another unit in this building when our large family decided to come to OC with us. This condo was beautiful, handy, so clean and Joy was truly a JOY to work with! We’d love to come back in the future!

Wonderful property in Great Location

This property was beautiful and very clean. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The kitchen had all of the necessary equipment to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable! Joy was a pleasure to work with. The condo is in a great location with a short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful family vacation! 10/10

Weekend Get Away

Would definitely stay at this place again, one of the few that offers linen and towels. Owners keep in touch the whole time you are there, close to everything you may need or want.

Beautiful condo, very well decorated and clean. Owners extremely responsive and helpful. Very close to activities at the inlet and numerous restaurants. Will use again in the future.

Great place for families when in Ocean City!

We stayed at this condo for 9 nights and had a great time. The community pool is right outside of the unit, it is secure with a code to go up the elevator. We loved that the beach was a 3 minute walk. Joy was a great host. She sent me her information a few days ahead of our stay. The unit was clean, linens,towels, pots, etc. are all available to use at the unit. We also really liked all the extras for the beach, umbrella, shelter and wagon. Definitely recommend this host and property.

Great condo!

Super cute condo and fully stocked with just about anything you could need. No need to bring your own beach towels or toys, so many to choose from. Great selection of board/card games for the family. Access to the beach is amazing and the boardwalk is one street away. We would definitely stay here again!

This place has it all!

This 3 bedroom/ 2 bath, fully equipped condo is situated about a three minute walk to the boardwalk. This condo sits on the first floor and has immediate access to the pool. Parking for this condo is immediately below the unit. All in all, one of the nicest, most comfortable places I have ever stayed at. Thank you for a top tier experience!

fantastic location

The apartment is situated 3 minutes away- on foot - from the end of the board walk. So it's right in the center. Sometimes you can hear at night a loud car or young people having fun outside but I am a light sleeper and it really didn't disturb us at all. The apartment was very clean and very, very nicely decorated. I have seen many rental places in Florida but this has been by far the cleanest kitchen I have experienced so far. I can highl recommend this apartment. And the pool is right outside of your door.

This place just have EVERYTHING!

The place was perfect for 10 of us. The place was equipped with everything! From the pantry to towels, beach chairs, linens and beddings. It was also very clean, what I love is each room has a balcony where you can have your coffee in the morning or just simply relax and enjoy the breeze. Each room has its own smart TV. The location is just perfect, close to restaurants, convenient stores and just 2 minutes walk to the boardwalk. The pool is just 10 steps away. Joy was quick to answer all my inquiries. We will definitely come back here, just simply loved this rental 😀

Great condo & location

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in OC! The location was ideal for our family with 4 teenage boys. The condo was spacious, very clean, convenient to everything and had everything we needed during our stay. We couldn’t believe all the extras that were provided by the hosts…beach towels, sand toys, pool floats, etc. Communication with the host was easy and they have a knack for details. You can tell they take pride in their beach home and we were very comfortable. Everything you need for fixing meals is provided in the kitchen, and I love staying somewhere that provides spices, coffee filters, cooking spray…the little things you sometimes forget to get at the grocery store. We enjoyed the pool right outside our front door and having two parking spots in the heart of downtown was awesome. We were close to the beach, bay, shops, restaurants, rides, games and attractions. Noise wasn’t a problem. I highly recommend and would happily stay here again. We had a blast!

Beautiful place, fun location

We are a family of 8 with kids age 3-15. We decided to stay close to the boardwalk where the amusement park/inlet area is for the first time (the teens picked this year’s location). My honest review is this; The condo was perfect, super clean, well stocked and organized, quiet within(it’s so nice inside).The pool is right outside the front door too! We unfortunately were there during construction on the parking lot, which was no one’s fault, but did heavily impacts our time. As it was where the Main bedroom/balcony is located. So we were not able to enjoy the view for that reason. We loved having the freedom of letting our older kids walk to the boardwalk unattended due to proximity. There’s a Dunkin and several breakfasts diners right outside the doors. We had dinner on the inlet, again walking distance. And of course we were right by the beach for easy access during the day. The ONLY negative mention I would say is this is definitely a “young adult” area of OCMD. A lot of what appeared to be college age people which led to loudness/partying at night. Which is just not ideal for our family. We went on vacation in Mid June, so this could be different during other parts of the summer. Altogether we really did love the condo and amenities, this location was just too busy for us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t mind the noise or busyness of the location. And again maybe it’s different during other times. Great place with parking and so much space!

A 35 year lifetime of Ocean City vacations, probably one of the best yet!

We typically make it down to Ocean City in the morning and have breakfast, rather than waiting to closer to check in time. After breakfast, we went to find the property so we could see about where it was. Since it was still before the previous renters check out time, we parked in the near by parking lot and went to the beach for a little while. Well within walking distance. Like a block from behind the boardwalk. When we were done and got back to the vehicle, we went to park in one of two of the parking spots that was included with the unit. There was a truck parked in the other spot. At first we thought maybe there was a double booking with the unit or someone was just in the wrong spot since it was after check out time. Neither were the case and it was just the cleaning crew for the unit that were there early. They asked for my phone number so that they could let us know when they were done so that we could get into the unit once they were done. Ended up being able to check in a couple hours before check in, which was awesome for the kiddos! After going to the first floor to our unit to take a look inside, there was a keylock on the door. We thought the cleaning crew accidently maybe put the wrong key in the box because it didn't seem to work, but we just wasn't turn the key hard enough and turn the handle with it. The pool was directly outside our unit, which was great for the all the kids. They loved it! Once inside, it as the pictures showed. One thing that was interesting that we saw in the unit that we weren't used to was that, not only was it fully furnished, but there was lots of extras. The one closet in the hallway near the kitchen had various items for the house (trash bags, sandwich bags, vacuum, etc.). Then the closet in the laundry room had beach/pool toys, beach chairs, life jackets, boogieboards, etc. They even had extra, large beach towels available. We could see the shark, from Ripley's Believe It or Not on the boardwalk, from the balcony of the master bedroom. The master bathroom was amazing! This would be the only place that I could really say was a bummer about the place. Everyone was excited to use the tub with the jets. Unfortunately, no matter when we tried to use it, the hot water would run out before reaching high enough to be able to turn on the jets, so we couldn't fully enjoy the that like we all had hoped. Fantastic property otherwise! Great for Sand Duels! This could turn into a place we stay annually.

Condo 1 block from beach

Beautiful, clean , comfortable property…. felt like home. Everything you could need was there. We ALL loved our stay. Totally enjoyed just relaxing by the pool. We had a family of 6 adults and 2 kids, sleeping arrangements were perfect. Totally may rebook for next year. Our hosts were easy to reach with any questions.
