The ocean views are wonderful, upper and lower decks, lots of cushions for outdoor furniture. House is clean, kitchen has everything you need. Just pack your clothes and swimsuit. We hope to return again.

The property is beautiful, home was spacious, even for our family of 12. Loved the appliances and double island in the kitchen made cooking a breeze. The owners were very gracious with sharing their bikes,kayaks, boogie boards, and all the beach gear you would ever need. Having two washers and dryers were a definite plus. Our only complaint was public beach access being so close and no see-ums on a couple of evenings.

Kind and responsive host. Excellent location. Loved the view of the ocean. Plenty of room for family members. Love the main open concept kitchen and living area. Loved the washer and dryer onsite. Would stay again! Only recommendation is more thorough cleaning and if possible to have the master rug professionally cleaned or removed.

I also want to personally thank you for your feedback regarding the cleaning and the master bedroom rug. I take a very hands-on approach with the property and make it a priority to visit the home in between guests whenever possible. I personally check on its condition and assist our team with cleaning and organizing to ensure everything is ready for the next arrival. Regarding the master carpet, we do have it professionally cleaned multiple times throughout the year. However, with a busy booking schedule, it can be challenging to coordinate deep cleaning between every stay. That said, your feedback is well taken. We are already planning an upcoming renovation of the master suite, which will include removing the carpet and extending tile flooring throughout for a cleaner, more durable finish. We truly appreciate your recommendation and your stay with us. You were a pleasure to host, and we would love to welcome you back anytime.

We love New Smyrna Beach

Rental was very comfortable and we enjoyed the easy beach access plus our own private beach area Being next to a public access it could be busy at times but there was still plenty of beach space.

Great Vacation for family

Great location! House was clean and had everything you needed to stay for the week. The kids enjoyed the bikes, surf boards, and the beach all week! We will be back!

Perfect vacation!

The house was beautiful and very clean. We had multigenerational family in the house and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The owner was as very quick to respond to any communication. We loved our week in paradise!

Extra clean! Extra comfortable! Was a perfect property for the family to gather for a mini reunion. No one wanted to leave. The place has everything you need for a beach stay. Look forward to returning again.

Randy, I'm sorry you had an issue with the hot water, this is the first I'm hearing about it. I wish you would have contacted me during your stay. The house is equipped with a tankless hot water heater located in the garage. It takes several minutes for the hot water to reach the outlets in the house. Thank you, David

It is a beautiful place. This is our second stay. It’s a beautiful home, a great neighborhood and a very relaxing stay. Lots to do and wonderful restaurants nearby. The whole family enjoyed it. David is a wonderful host. He is very helpful and easy to contact. Definitely recommend!

Overall awesome Beach House!

We loved this house, beach front, plenty of room for all 10 of us, beds were very comfortable. Lots of space for adults and kids. Dave the owner was quick to reply and so kind and helpful! Would highly recommend and hope we can go back in the future!

Perfect Location

Perfect beach access from back door. Owner was very responsive. Appreciated the bikes, water toys, supplies etc. that made it feel less like a rental and more like a home. We would stay again!

A beautiful place for a getaway

Our family of five and three of our extended family had a wonderful stay! Thank you for such a warm and welcoming home, along with great customer service! The house is beautiful and we had all we needed and more to enjoy a great week at the beach! The owner was very responsive and kind. We had a great experience and highly recommend David’s home!

Mom’s 80th birthday celebration

This house had above and beyond everything to offer. The most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Plenty of room for a large family. So close to the beach which was perfect for my elderly mother so she could just sit and watch the sunrise and sunset from the porch. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful vacation beach home

This beach home was the perfect vacation rental for our family. Directly on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean. The home was very clean and equipped with anything you could think of. The kitchen was simply amazing!! More than enough room for our family of 11 and 2 fur babies. David was the most gracious host and more than accommodating. By far our new favorite vacation home. We will be returning!! Thank you for sharing this little piece of paradise

Perfection!!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house with us this past week! Our family had an amazing time. The house was so spacious,clean, and stocked with many amenities and appliances. The views of the beach were gorgeous and it was only a few steps away. We appreciated the many amenities, such as bicycles, beach chairs, and linens, which made packing super easy on our end. We would love to stay again sometime in the future. Thanks again for having us!

Ocean Front

This is a beautiful home with a view and deck that never disappoints! The house is spacious with open spaces and a kitchen that lacks in nothing! Beautiful appliances and stocked with anything you think you might need. The beds were very comfortable and it’s very quiet with no through traffic. David was very quick to respond, not that we needed anything! Would love to return!

Spring Break

This is the best house we have stayed at in New Smyrna Beach - and we have been vacationing there for 20years. House provided everything you need for beach day. Honestly- don’t waste your car space on beach items! We never even got ours out of the truck. House had ample beach towels and bath towels. We had four different aged couples at the house with kids and everyone had a great time.

We were so excited when we found this house! The location was perfect—right on the beach with no need to worry about parking. One of our favorite features was the private outdoor shower, which made it easy to rinse off after spending time in the sand.The owners went above and beyond by providing everything we needed for the beach, including toys, boogie boards, chairs, and towels. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The owner responded in a timely manner whenever we had questions and was very easy to work with, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We had a group of nine people, and there was still plenty of room. The large kitchen made it easy for everyone to gather, cook, and spend time together. The three bathrooms were a huge plus, giving everyone their own space and making mornings much easier.The patio was amazing and quickly became one of our favorite places to relax. As an added bonus, we were able to see three rocket launches during our stay, which was an incredible experience and something we’ll never forget!The house is located right next to the beach access road, but that was not an issue for us at all. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely book this house again if we return to the area. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!
