Quaint and quiet Northshore Villa nestled in the heart of the village of Anna Maria, on Anna Maria Island. Our 2 bedroom 1 bath home has been recently updated for our guests enjoyment. Sit out on our deck in the morning and enjoy a peaceful quiet cup of coffee or enjoy a short stroll to eating wonderfully fresh baked pastries, breads, and roasted coffee at the local antique shop and bakery just off of Magnolia and Gulf Drive. In the afternoon just steps away are some of Florida's best sandy white beaches to relax on or dip your toe or more in the azure blue Gulf of America. Stroll down Pine Ave. and step back in time with quaint store fronts and cafe's and front porches all with rocking chairs. Experience some of the best coastal shopping around. Along Pine Ave., Spring Ave, or Magnolia you have quick access to the west side of the island displaying 7 miles of a white sandy beach or to the east, just a short walk to the bay side of the island and spend time on the historic city pier while fishing, or viewing the Sunshine Skyway bridge.

While down on Pine Ave. you can also experience the quaint downtown area for ice cream, dining, theatre, and shopping. Come and experience island living with us.

We have lived and worked here on Anna Maria Island for over 28 years now and would love to share our little piece of paradise with you.

Great stay in a charming little house

We stayed 4 nights in this truly charming and beautiful house and cannot recommend it enough!The description is spot on and the house has all the necessary and desired amenities. The location is perfect for the Beach and we enjoyed our stay very much!The whole Check-in process was very easy and the house is in a very good and clean state.We would love to come back and stay longer!

Girls Trip

My daughters, granddaughter and I had a wonderful girls trip. We love AMI and this location was so close to everything. The home was spotless upon our arrival. Our host was easy to contact with questions. We will be back

Fantastic property

We needed a Friday night stay before our week long rental and this place was perfect. You literally can’t beat the location - one block from Pine and two blocks from the beach. The owner was a great communicator and made everything easy. Kids shouted “yay the villa!” every time we passed it that week, and are already asking to return. Super clean, adorable decor and the yard is so charming!

Excellent stay

The location is great. Very short walk to the beach and restaurants. Property was private. Fit family of 5 and dog comfortably. Any questions I had were answered immediately by owner.

Awesome Vacation Rental

Wonderful stay. Loved the yard, property was within walking distance to beach, bay, restaurants and shops. House had everything we needed and more. Owners communicated quickly and were very helpful. Just a perfect place for us, and will definitely stay there again.

Great Stay on AMI!

Great location and property! We had a wonderful time at this home on AMI as it was very close to everything we needed. The home has all the essentials that we needed and was well stocked. Owner was pretty responsive to my questions ahead of time and our family had a great stay!

Great location, great place

Pretty much what everyone what here has said. The location is perfect. One block from the beach basically and even less to restaurants and shops. House was clean and comfortable!

Great location CLEAN

We had a fabulous time our family will be returning for many years to come. The owner was always available if we needed anything and is a local Island real estate agent and resident who manages her own property very well . The owners are wonderful and the place was very clean and in a fabulous location what a cute adorable beach cottage .

Great location and affordable.

All good, from vrbo easy access and house was clean. Well furnished. With comfy furniture, good wifi for Tv viewing, walking access to shops and exceptional dining, and water Cruises, etc. I'm picky and I was impressed. You will appreciate Vrbo!

Lovely cottage

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria island. We have friends and family that live here, but we wanted to have our own space. Location was great! We loved the cottage. It was very comfortable. This was our first time staying at the property. We will definitely be booking it again the next time we come. Great Value!

Cosy cottage in a great location

We just had a lovely week on Anna Maria and this cottage was perfect for all our needs. It has comfy beds, big sofas and a nice hot shower. Everything worked perfectly and the kitchen was well equipped. The best thing was the location just off Pine. We enjoy walking round the beach, cycling and visiting our favourite haunts such as the donut experiment, 2 scoops, Ginny and Jane’s and the Sandbar. All were a short walk from the cottage. Would definitely like to stay again. Thanks Michelle.

Nicest place we’ve stayed yet

Michelle is so easy to get along with and always accessible. I am a “clean freak” so I was more than pleasantly surprised at how clean and well taken care of this rental was. I actually felt like I was in my own home and could relax Perfect location to shops and beach. The bathroom was actually clean and remodled. The pictures don’t do it justice. Graduation celebration

This little north shore gem was cozy and in a perfect location close to shops, restaurants, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Perfect for a place to land - especially for us as our plans really didn’t have us at the house much. We spent our days at the beach or exploring the island and went out to eat each evening. The kitchen is adequately stocked with cookware, plates, glasses, etc. perfect for our group of 3. The only complaint I had was the beds are not super comfy. But the family room is cute and we could hang out there late evenings.

We relocated here to Anna Maria Island 28 years ago from Michigan. We now enjoy raising our family here in this quaint coastal community. We are business owners locally. In addition to running our vacation rental Michelle is a local successful Realtor on Anna Maria Island at Duncan Real Estate, a mom, a local resource for her customers , and recently after Hurricane Helene and Milton hit she now also loves helping people coordinate their property remodels and decor. I enjoy helping to create a lifestyle for my customers so they can also enjoy our amazing tropical sunsets and be a part of a small quaint coastal community. She also finds time to enjoy the beach and watch a few sunsets and volunteer locally.

The property is unique in its location. Sitting at the historic north end of Anna Maria. We are in the heart of the village of Anna Maria just steps away from Pine Ave. shopping and dining district. You are literally at the best end of the island and walking distance from everything local that you would want to enjoy and experience. Although having a vehicle is nice it is not necessary as there is a trolley that runs north and south on the island to all the necessary conveniences the island has to offer.
