Quaint and quiet Northshore Villa nestled in the heart of the village of Anna Maria, on Anna Maria Island. Our 2 bedroom 1 bath home has been recently updated for our guests enjoyment. Sit out on our deck in the morning and enjoy a peaceful quiet cup of coffee or enjoy a short stroll to eating wonderfully fresh baked pastries, breads, and roasted coffee at the local antique shop and bakery just off of Magnolia and Gulf Drive. In the afternoon just steps away are some of Florida's best sandy white beaches to relax on or dip your toe or more in the azure blue Gulf of Mexico. Stroll down Pine Ave. and step back in time with quaint store fronts and cafe's and front porches all with rocking chairs. Experience some of the best coastal shopping around. Along Pine Ave., Spring Ave, or Magnolia you have quick access to the west side of the island displaying 7 miles of a white sandy beach or to the east, just a short walk to the bay side of the island and spend time on the historic city pier while fishing, or viewing the Sunshine Skyway bridge.

While down on Pine Ave. you can also experience the quaint downtown area for ice cream, dining, theatre, and shopping. Come and experience island living with us.

We have lived and worked here on Anna Maria Island for over 28 years now and would love to share our little piece of paradise with you.

Excellent stay

The location is great. Very short walk to the beach and restaurants. Property was private. Fit family of 5 and dog comfortably. Any questions I had were answered immediately by owner.

Anniversary Getaway

Awesome Vacation Rental

Wonderful stay. Loved the yard, property was within walking distance to beach, bay, restaurants and shops. House had everything we needed and more. Owners communicated quickly and were very helpful. Just a perfect place for us, and will definitely stay there again.

Great Stay on AMI!

Great location and property! We had a wonderful time at this home on AMI as it was very close to everything we needed. The home has all the essentials that we needed and was well stocked. Owner was pretty responsive to my questions ahead of time and our family had a great stay!

Pretty much what everyone what here has said. The location is perfect. One block from the beach basically and even less to restaurants and shops. House was clean and comfortable!

Great location CLEAN

We had a fabulous time our family will be returning for many years to come. The owner was always available if we needed anything and is a local Island real estate agent and resident who manages her own property very well . The owners are wonderful and the place was very clean and in a fabulous location what a cute adorable beach cottage .

Great location and affordable.

All good, from vrbo easy access and house was clean. Well furnished. With comfy furniture, good wifi for Tv viewing, walking access to shops and exceptional dining, and water Cruises, etc. I'm picky and I was impressed. You will appreciate Vrbo!

Lovely cottage

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria island. We have friends and family that live here, but we wanted to have our own space. Location was great! We loved the cottage. It was very comfortable. This was our first time staying at the property. We will definitely be booking it again the next time we come. Great Value!

Cosy cottage in a great location

We just had a lovely week on Anna Maria and this cottage was perfect for all our needs. It has comfy beds, big sofas and a nice hot shower. Everything worked perfectly and the kitchen was well equipped. The best thing was the location just off Pine. We enjoy walking round the beach, cycling and visiting our favourite haunts such as the donut experiment, 2 scoops, Ginny and Jane’s and the Sandbar. All were a short walk from the cottage. Would definitely like to stay again. Thanks Michelle.

Nicest place we’ve stayed yet

Michelle is so easy to get along with and always accessible. I am a “clean freak” so I was more than pleasantly surprised at how clean and well taken care of this rental was. I actually felt like I was in my own home and could relax Perfect location to shops and beach. The bathroom was actually clean and remodled. The pictures don’t do it justice. Graduation celebration

This little north shore gem was cozy and in a perfect location close to shops, restaurants, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Perfect for a place to land - especially for us as our plans really didn’t have us at the house much. We spent our days at the beach or exploring the island and went out to eat each evening. The kitchen is adequately stocked with cookware, plates, glasses, etc. perfect for our group of 3. The only complaint I had was the beds are not super comfy. But the family room is cute and we could hang out there late evenings.

Perfect beach cottage and best location!

Our family of four had such a great week here. Thank you!! The place is spotless, cute, beachy, with everything you need for the beach or just relaxing. The location is the best -- we loved that we could walk to the beach, leave our stuff there all day, take breaks when it was hot, walk and bike everywhere for meals, ice-cream, etc. Michele thought of everything and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our fourth time staying in Anna Maria/Holmes Beach and the north end is our favorite. Oh -- and we did not realize there are two types of coffee machines - regular and for pods - so you can bring either which was really nice. We ended up bringing more supplies than needed (tp, paper towels, detergent, etc.). We appreciated the beach items and left a few for the next family. We did not cook -- too many fun places to eat -- but if you want to everything you need is on hand (and like new!)

Cute and Comfy, Good Location

We enjoyed our first visit to AMI, and this property worked perfectly for us. We usually stay on the water for beach visits, but we were looking for something a little more budget friendly for our family of five while still be close to the beach. We were a little concerned about sharing just one bathroom and the three kids sharing the kids' bedroom, but our two teenage boys shared the room with their 9 year-old sister without any issues, and one bathroom worked out just fine. We walked to beach everyday, often more than once, and we really appreciated the use of the beach chairs and wagon -- the wagon made everything easier! We decided to rent an extra umbrella from Beach Bums just for some extra cover at the beach, though we appreciated their having one at the house for us to use too. We also appreciated the short walk to the Donut Experiment for breakfast one morning, and the easy walk to the nearby shops and were in a good location for the 4th of July parade and fireworks. We had neighbors in the other half of the duplex staying with their small dogs, but we never heard any noise from them at any time and our contact with them outside of the house was very friendly. The house was clean, nicely furnished, and had the appliances we needed for the meals we fixed while we were there. MIchelle was great to work with, and the procedures for check-in and check-out were painless. If we return to AMI (which I hope we get the chance), we'd definitely try to stay here again.

Awesome beach lodging-super clean & great location

We love AMI & love this property! Had a last minute opportunity to get away for a weekend and we lucked out with a weekend rental with this property—just wish we had more time to stay. There happened to be an open weekend and Michelle was great to work with, especially since we were making plans at the last minute. She went out of her way to meet us to give us the key even after we arrived later than planned due to traffic. The rate was too good to pass up as were the pictures and reviews of this property. They did not disappoint. The house was immaculate and decorated very nicely. We pretty much had everything we needed. Incredibly clean bathroom and plenty of linens, including beach towels. Plenty of beach toys for our 4-year-old daughter and we appreciated all of the beach accessories (stroller/caddy, umbrella, chairs, etc.). Private side yard & patio was great and made it easy to wash off the sand and hang out wet clothes/towels. We did not need to do laundry due to our short visit, but nice to know that it was available right off the kitchen. The location was perfect. Very short walk to the beach and very short walk to the other side of the island. No need for a car once you’re there (but perfect parking spot right in front of the house). Plenty of yummy restaurants, sandwich places, and ice cream shops within comfortable walking distance. Loved Relish restaurant/cafe—super friendly staff that treated us like we were locals. Our daughter loved their kid’s meal as it came with a beach bucket! We enjoyed all the awesome little shops along Pine Ave, too. The general store right around the corner was great—super friendly service and yummy food/snacks. We were allowed to bring our dog and he loved it. We brought a crate for him and there were ample places in the house to put it. The side yard was perfect to let him run around. Nice side walk-lined streets for walking as well. We will definitely try to stay here again for a future visit to AMI. Thanks for your hospitality, Michelle! We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect spot!

Our stay was short, but sweet! Great location, close to beach access and shops (all walking distance). House was very clean and communication was excellent. Will definitely be re-booking! Loved our stay

Great Vacation

The house was very clean and perfectly located on the North end of the island. The second bedroom had 3 beds which worked perfect for our family.

We relocated here to Anna Maria Island 28 years ago from Michigan. We now enjoy raising our family here in this quaint coastal community. We are business owners locally. In addition to running our vacation rental Michelle is a local successful Realtor on Anna Maria Island at Duncan Real Estate, a mom, a local resource for her customers , and recently after Hurricane Helene and Milton hit she now also loves helping people coordinate their property remodels and decor. I enjoy helping to create a lifestyle for my customers so they can also enjoy our amazing tropical sunsets and be a part of a small quaint coastal community. She also finds time to enjoy the beach and watch a few sunsets and volunteer locally.

The property is unique in its location. Sitting at the historic north end of Anna Maria. We are in the heart of the village of Anna Maria just steps away from Pine Ave. shopping and dining district. You are literally at the best end of the island and walking distance from everything local that you would want to enjoy and experience. Although having a vehicle is nice it is not necessary as there is a trolley that runs north and south on the island to all the necessary conveniences the island has to offer.
