Pine Ave and Northshore Drive adorable beach home. Fully restored and remodeled post Hurricane Helene. We are open for guests . Anna Maria Island vacation beach house located at the north end of the historic village of Anna Maria, Anna Maria Island. Just steps to Pine Ave, the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Walk conveniently everywhere. We have another 2 bedroom 1 bath villa to offer as well, visit VRBO listing # 394722 for information.

Every morning with both of our villas location you can enjoy a short stroll to eating wonderfully fresh baked pastries, breads, and roasted coffee at the local antique shop and bakery just off of Magnolia and Gulf Drive. Stroll down Pine Ave. and step back in time with quaint store fronts and cafe's and front porches all with rocking chairs. Experience some of the best coastal shopping around. Along Pine Ave., Spring Ave, or Magnolia you have quick access to the west side of the island displaying 7 miles of a white sandy beach or to the east, just a short walk to the bay side of the island and spend time on the historic city pier while fishing, or viewing the Sunshine Skyway bridge. While down on Pine you can also experience the quaint downtown area for ice cream, dining, theatre, and shopping.

For the outdoor sport enthusiasts there is fishing, boating kayaking, parasailing, eco-tours, cycling, segway rentals, surfing, jet skis, NEV and golf cart rentals, golfing, and much more.

We have lived and worked here on Anna Maria Island for over 28 years now and would love to share our little piece of paradise with you.

Beautiful spot.

The place was perfect! Very clwan upon arrival. Great location being just a few blocks from beach and places to eat. We look forward to coming back again. Would definitelt stay here again.

Close to everything!

Literally a block or two from the trolley, restaurants, shops, and the beach. Plenty of room and the back porch is so pretty!

Beautiful cottage

Excellent property. Pictures are accurate. Fantastic location. Older property with very well done upgrades. Owner is obviously meticulous about their property. Would stay again.

Our place was just the right size for six adults. Very nice, inside and out. TV in living room was difficult to figure out.

Great stay

We enjoyed this property very much. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We loved the location with the great walk ability to Pine Avenue with shopping and restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. The property was very clean and tidy and we appreciated that the owner had a small Christmas tree for us to enjoy since our stay was a few days before Christmas. The fenced in back yard was so nice to enjoy in the evenings. We would love to stay again soon!

Just as it's pictured!

The house was just as it was pictured & very clean! So close to everything in town & the beach. The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected, but not bad. This was our first trip to AMI, so we did not know much about the area or beach access. We quickly learned that we liked the beach access on Elm better than the one on Pine because the beach was a little less crowded. It was a slightly longer walk, but worth it. All in all, great house in a great location & we would definitely consider staying here again!

Jan escape from the cold

Our stay at this property was just about perfect. The location is great, just a few blocks from the beach, near the general store, the city pier and trolley stops. The rental was as described, clean and well maintained. My communications with the owners were helpful and I plan to return. I can't think of a single place we visited on the island that we would not return to.

Cute rental!

We loved the location. The property was cute and the outside area was nice to relax in! The beds were all really firm which made it difficult to sleep so I don’t think we would book this rental again but it was nice for a few nights! FYI this rental doesn’t provide toiletries. There was some shampoo/conditioner but no body wash so would recommend bringing your own if you stay here!

AMI Gem

This lovely duplex is now our beach home away from home. The location is ideal - convenient to shopping & dining, just a short walk to the pristine beach in one direction, the city pier in the other. The home is tastefully & comfortably furnished & decorated - always clean & inviting. Nice front patio area & backyard veranda off master. We lack for nothing while we're here & it's now our first choice for our girl's getaways.

The BEST of ALL!

This was our third time staying in this home. I can't say enough about it!! I 100% recommend this home. It is close to everything. Takes minutes to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants yet it is private and quiet. You can't beat the location. Our friends rent other houses on the island and they all agree that we have found the gem, the best one! The house is immaculate and tastefully decorated. I love the kitchen because we cook a lot. It has everything I need! I love the outdoor seating and grill. The beds are very comfortable, too. There is an private outdoor shower that my kids LOVE (not shown in pics). We have already booked this property again for our forth time. I don't even bother looking around because I can't think of anything else I would want more than this home has to offer.

Great Spot!

We rented both sides and had a great vacation. Michelle was so easy to communicate with. The check and check out went very smooth. The place was very clean and the location cant be beat. Both families had a fabulous time. Michelle provided Beach Towels which were great and a few beach sand chairs. There was a Beach cart on the 3 bedroom side which was great to bring all your stuff to the beach. The walk to the beach is very short only 1 block away. Like Michelle says in the description she offers a few beach chairs but they have a rental place 1 block away that you can rent chairs and umbrellas etc at. We rented a golf cart for the week but this location is within walking distance to the beach and all the shops and restaurants so you wouldn’t have to get a golf cart or rental car unless you wanted to go to the other side of the island or off island to golf etc. Overall a fantastic time here.

Great stay at 93 North Shore!

Just got home from a great stay at this property! We have stayed on Anna Maria many times over the years and were a bit concerned as we had never stayed at this particular property before and it is a duplex property. However, we were pleasantly surprised at how cute and spacious the unit is and we never even heard/saw our duplex neighbors at all. Our unit was super clean and well-stocked, including lots of extras, such as a Crock-Pot, single serve pod coffee maker (Keurig type), beach towels, beach cart and the list goes on! Property was in a great location in the city of Anna Maria in our favorite north end area very close to The Donut Experiment on Pine and Ginnie and Jane E's on Magnolia. We had fabulous weather the entire week we were there and really enjoyed ourselves! Owners are fabulous to deal with and very responsive to all questions. We are hoping to be able to return again very soon! :)

Location, Location, Location!

My family has been vacationing at AMI for years, and this is the only rental unit that we consistently rebook over and over. It is always spotlessly clean and is well-equipped for our needs. When we walk in the door, it truly feels like we have returned to our own cozy beach cottage The three-bedroom unit is ideal for couples and small families. It has just enough room for gathering together while also allowing space to have a little privacy. The home is just wonderful in and of itself, but the location makes it absolutely fabulous! It is close to everything but off the main drag which can be heavily traveled and noisy at times. Once you drive up, you never have to get back in a vehicle unless you just want to take a drive. It is just off Pine Avenue so many of the island’s hot spots are within walking distance including great restaurants and boutiques. You can easily be first in line at the doughnut shop in the mornings! The beach is an easy walk as well, and the owners provide a selection of beach goodies for renters including a wagon to haul everything to the white sandy shore! Michelle and Jeff have been awesome to work with over the years! Though we have never experienced any issues, we can rest a little easier knowing that the owners are nearby to handle matters that may arise. I can honestly say that I intend to make this villa my home away from home as often as I can- and that is not nearly enough!

We relocated here to Anna Maria Island 28 years ago from Michigan. We now enjoy raising our family here in this quaint coastal community. We are business owners locally. In addition to running our vacation rental Michelle is a local successful Realtor on Anna Maria Island at Duncan Real Estate, a mom, a local resource for her customers , and recently after Hurricane Helene and Milton hit she now also loves helping people coordinate their property remodels and decor. I enjoy helping to create a lifestyle for my customers so they can also enjoy our amazing tropical sunsets and be a part of a small quaint coastal community. She also finds time to enjoy the beach and watch a few sunsets and volunteer locally.

We chose this property because of its charm and location. Since we lived and work on the island, we knew we could own and operate our very own vacation rental on Anna Maria Island. We also knew that it was a sound investment for ourselves and enjoy being able to share a little bit of this paradise we have found with everyone.

The property is unique in its location. We are open and are welcoming our guests back after our remodel from the hurricanes . This home is sitting at the historic north end of Anna Maria. We are in the heart of the village of Anna Maria just steps away from Pine Ave. shopping and dining district. You are literally at the best end of the island and walking distance from everything local that you would want to enjoy and experience. Although having a vehicle is nice it is not necessary as there is a trolley that runs north and south on the island to all the necessary conveniences the island has to offer.
