Cozy PET FRIENDLY, Ground floor unit (no stairs), oceanfront condo on the Estero Bluffs with your own PRIVATE deck, just a few steps away from putting your toes in the sand. This one bedroom unit overlooks beautiful tidepools. You’re just a short walk to the heart of downtown, filled with quaint antique shops, local restaurants and the pier. Cozy up in front of a state of the art electric fireplace. Sleep soundly on a king size memory foam bed. There is an oversized chair in living room that folds out to a twin sized bed for an extra guest. Fully stocked kitchen, (drip coffee maker). Enjoy an outdoor barbecue on your PRIVATE deck. Your bathroom is a shower/tub combo, it is also stocked with a blow dryer. As stated we welcome your fur baby as long as they under 30 lbs., water and food bowls are provided. Feel free to use the on site coin operated laundry for your convenience.

The condo was perfect for our needs. We had everything we needed. I had to contact Shannon a time or two and she was very responsive. Loved that we were steps away from the beach. The view was awesome and the sound of the waves was incredible.Would definitely stay there again!!

Great place to stay. Excellent communication with the Host. The place had all the needed amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked. The view from the deck is spectacular.

Fantastic place to stay!

What a wonderful experience my wife and I (and our Beagle, Minnie) had! The views were spectacular, and the condo was super comfortable and ready for our stay. Contact with the owner was great as well. We loved it!!

Lil Slice Of Heaven

We had a Wonderful stay and the views did not disappoint!! It was so Peaceful & Relaxing and the space was perfect for my wife, our 2 small dogs & myself. Would definitely come back again!!

Great Stay - Great Property

We so enjoyed our stay .... property was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well stocked way beyond our expectations! The owner was most helpful and very pleasant We highly recommend this property for anyone who enjoys being at the ocean with a spectacular view from the balcony.

Beach days at its bests.

Shannon was great in answering questions right away. The location is great, quiet and right at the beach with access to it. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. We hope we can return to it.

We had an unforgettable week at Shannon’s beach condo in Cayucos. The space was beautifully maintained, cozy, and perfectly located with stunning ocean views we soaked up every day. Shannon was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, which made everything smooth and stress-free. It was also our dog Moxie’s first beach trip—by the end of the week, she was joyfully frolicking in the waves like a puppy. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to return!

Perfect Location

Had a lovely stay at this condo. The condo is larger than the photos show. Fantastic views from the balcony and easy access to the beach. Walked on the beach every day and explored the cute town and lovely shops. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We loved our stay and are planning to stay in the future.

Cant say enough. We had 6 day stay and I wish it was longer. The views, the ocean, the quaint town was just what my man needed for his Birthday. We will he back and I highly recommend. Thank you Shannon for being a Fantastic Host!!!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION !! We never needed to get in the car. The private deck was indeed private with an incredible view, identical to the pics. Close, easy walk to town. Great food options with town and restaurants very pet friendly. We really enjoyed the fireplace, easy to use. Gated parking was very nice. The bed was a bit hard for me but was clean with nice linens and good pillows. Kitchen had everything you would need but we didn’t cook except to heat clam chowder.

Glorious Getaway

Hubby and I had an amazing and relaxing time celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary at this well appointed Condo in Cayucos. The condo comes with all the amenities needed with the comforts of home including a very comfortable king size bed. The host provided delicious coffee beans as a nice touch! The towels are soft, the kitchen utensils and small appliances are also in nice working condition. We canceled our reservations for our anniversary dinner and enjoyed grilling fish for tacos paired with a wonderful bottle of wine instead because the views from the deck were so amazing. We are already talking about when we will return!

We loved this place and will come back next year. We sat on the balcony every night watching the waves and the beach activity. The 5 minute walk to town made it easy to try the different restaurants. Our dog Fitz and I enjoyed walking the beach every morning and the weather was just perfect. We visited the Hearst Castle and learned how the Zebras that were left over from his vast animal collection have decided to hang out with the local cattle and then we saw them on our way back. Overall a lovely vacation and one of our favorite VRBO’s.

Perfect get away! Beach view and the sound of waves was just what the doctor order!Shannon was great to work with. My husband is in a wheelchair and although unit isn’t accessible ease of entry was great!We will be back again
