We have stayed on the island many times and this is the fourth time we have stayed at this property. We love this property. The ocean is just steps away, the property management is delightful to work with, and everything you need to have fun in the sun is provided for you. The location is awesome. The kitchen is well equipped. The view is outstanding. We would highly recommend.

Amazing property with amazing view and access to beach very privet quiet place perfect for family House is lovely with many ocean related details which give you nice atmosphere We are more then happy with our stay

Island Paradise

Our family and friends had a fantastic vacation! The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and fun! Our kids used the kayaks and the beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels were so easy to take to the beach because there was a beach cart that we could put everything in and pull it to the beach. The house is beautifully decorated. We would definitely come back to this Island Paradise for more family memories!

Absolutely fabulous space and location! This is our third time staying here, first time under new owners. Totally remodeled to give you the perfect beachy vibe. Steps away to beach, fully loaded with all things needed in the kitchen. Great swim pool and hot tub. Property managers were a dream to work with. Will definitely be back. We have stayed at several places on NC, including the other side of this rental and this is the best. Perfect location and perfect setup! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We can't wait to return.

Home Away From Home

We can’t say enough nice things about this house. The location is perfect-steps away from the beach. The house is immaculate and the decor is beautiful. The whole in-house vacuum system is my favorite-it’s right under the kitchen sink! Fantastic!! We used the beach towels and beach bags and all the chairs and umbrellas everyday. It was so convenient to have everything at the house, to be so close to the beach and have a wagon to carry it all. We had plenty of room for two families and throughly enjoyed ourselves for 10 days. They have board/card games to play, each bedroom and living room has a tv and they have two porches to watch the beautiful sunset each night although we recommend to head to the beach to see it. It was quiet and peaceful every night. We have been to North Captiva several times and will continue to do so and will try and stay here again. Our families had the best time for 10 days and we can’t wait to come back!
