This was a wonderful place in a great location. It was close to the metro about .4 away. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. We would stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful. The home was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and full of old charm while still offering modern upgrades. It’s a lovely multi-level home that was both comfortable and well maintained. The host was very accommodating and responsive, quickly answering all of our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others.

Comms with host prior to arrival (indeed right from booking the previous year) were excellent, so helpful. House exactly as described and met our needs fully. Location couldn't be better, one minute walk to local bus, only 5 minutes walk to Union Station. Food markets, restaurants, bars, hair salons etc all very close by. Our favourite was The Boiling Crab! We'd definitely recommend this property and host, and would happily stay again! Thank you, Rosevelt!

This is a row house in a neighborhood where only some of the homes show pride of ownership. Most have tall weeds in front, and clutter. The front stairs here are metal and old. A couple are broken and slanted so be careful using them. The neighborhood was quiet and close to H street and it’s markets and restaurants, but with a lot of sketchy people in the area. The home has small rooms, and a narrow stairway. Somewhat cramped. There is a back deck and rooftop deck but the view is of the neighbors back yards and the roof. We didn’t care to use them. Cleanliness was barely passable. There were dried food spots on the woodwork in the kitchen, and dust on many things. I would not stay here again.

Although the exterior of this property could use some work,the interior is well-maintained, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay. The location is great—nearby restaurants, groceries, and markets, walking distance to the Capital and Mall. We appreciated the host’s great communication and thoughtful touches in the home
