Excellent beach location for families and surfers

Great location with lots of space, just a short walk from Moonlight State Beach and all that downtown Encinitas has to offer!

Family Staycation in Encinitas

Great house and location. ~15 minute drive from Legoland. Easy, one block walk to the beach. Short walk to downtown Encinitas which has all the food, drink, and shopping that one could desire. Back door opens to an alleyway that is closed off on one side. Great for our 3 year old to ride bike and scooter. Also made beach access a breeze. We kept boards on the side yard. House and shower to rinse off. Garage has plenty of gear: sand toys, lots of chairs, several boogie boards, and a few surfboards (thrusters 5-7’ and a couple foam tops). Upstairs kitchen is expansive and a large table for family meals. Prop manager was easy to work with. I highly recommend this place.

Family Beach Trip

Excellent location. Walking distance to Moonlight Beach and Cali Cream! The beach supplies made our trip more enjoyable because umbrellas are hard to travel with when flying in. The home was clean and bathrooms well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. When the day at the beach was wrapped up we unwind playing pool. Great family trip!

Awesome location, awesome house

We rented out the entire house (it looks like maybe the intent is just to rent out the bottom floor at times) and it worked out great for our group. A three minute walk to the beach, convenient parking, a gorgeous house with surfing themes throughout, plenty of beach toys and accessories... what more could you need for a great vacation??
