Was a great place to stay. A wonderful location which was very close to downtown shopping and close to a nice grocery store and a CVS. The carriage house was very clean and very nicely decorated with a great kitchen. It would be helpful if there were hooks to hang towels. Would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful day in Chatham great host responsive. The house is walkable to oyster Pond Beach in the town great location.

Property is in an amazing location. A very short walk to Main Street- also an easy walk to the pier. The oyster pond area was perfect place to watch the sunset! The house is just as pictured and described. Very clean and well stocked. Host was responsive. Overall, loved this property and looking forward to coming back!

Chatham carriage house is great!

Plenty of room and great location. Easy walk into Chatham's Main Street. Beautiful Oyster Pond overlook.

Great location, spotless accommodations

The carriage house was very clean and nicely appointed. Main Street is 3-4 minute walk and there is a small beach on Oyster Pond just down the hill.

Another great stay

We have stayed at the carriage house on this property a few times and it’s always a great stay. Walkable to everything Chatham has to offer and a great set up for a small family. We will return!

Gorgeous views, perfect location

Fabulous location with incredible views of the water, short walk to town, cute second floor condo is clean and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend!

My daughters and I enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect for us. We were able to walk to town to shop and eat. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Chatham.

The property was in a perfect location and was exactly what our family needed! We had a separate bedroom for our toddler - the kitchen and living space was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were very easy to get in touch with and the house was clean! We will definitely be coming back!

Great school vaca moment

My girls and I had a great stay. Main Street and shops are a very short stroll away. The Carriage House had everything we needed. The proximity to the Oyster Pond beach was fantastic. Thanks!

Weekend in Chatham

Loved our stay in the Carriage House! Great location, great views, and well cared for space. Felt like a home away from home. Kitchen was well stocked, and entire home was very clean. We enjoyed ping pong in the game room too. House and windmill on same property were occupied but we never heard other people from the Carriage House. We enjoyed walks to the pond in the morning and to dinner in the evenings. Twin beds were great for our teen kids to have their own space. Highly recommend and hope to return!

Comfortable, charming and convenient

My family of 4 stayed at the Carriage House in July 2024 and had a lovely time. The home was clean and well equipped. The air conditioning worked great and the water pressure was perfect after a long day of adventuring. The large windows in the living area were wonderful as we could wake up to see the beautiful view of the local area. We enjoyed the natural breeze coming through the windows in the evening. It is a short walk away to Main St. where you'll find plenty of restaurants and shops. It's also a 3-5 minute walk to Oyster Pond Beach. Oyster Pond Beach is very calm and good for little kids but make sure you wear water shoes because there are lots of sharp shells and rocks. The property is walkable (about half hour) to Chatham Lighthouse Beach which is gorgeous. We had a great time in Chatham staying here!
