Great centralized location! Loved this stay! Place was pristine- welcome basket exceptional! Location on point! Everything was as described but better! We had a great time visiting distilleries and eating amazing food!

Roomy and comfortable condo right in the middle of Louisville. Easy access to the condo and nearby parking allowed us to explore via walking and driving. The condo is spacious and well appointed with everything you need to work and relax.

Location! Location!! My husband came to work on our Bourbon passport and get some down time and this place was great, it was centrally located with all the distilleries and great food locations. The host checked in and made sure our stay was great. Highly recommend this place.

Downtown by the kicc

It was a nice space, convenient location. Wish there was better bathroom supplies, but that is super minor.

Downtown VRBO

Great location on 3rd street. Could easily walk to bars, restaurants, Louisville bat factory, Muhammed Ali Center, Yum Center. Short drive to Churchill Downs and a horse farm. Several bourbon tasting places as well. Nice condo!

The condo was nice but when we got there and opened the door, I actually stepped backwards from the awful chemical/distasteful odor! The odor got slightly less over our 3 day stay, but it was not pleasant. the owner said their cleaning lady didn't notice it when she cleaned but I am telling you, it was strong and unpleasant. Then the septic backed up. I was in the shower and the toilet start bubbling and the shower backed up. The shower did drain while we were still there waiting. They did send a plumber that day but when we came back that evening, the tub was covered in sewage and we had to scrub it out ourselves. I contacted the owner about at least a partial refund for the hassle and smell, but they didn't believe us and said that places have septic problems so they wouldn't refund anything. Would NOT stay there again. Also not on Whiskey row. A couple of blocks away.

We are so sorry that you had an unfortunate experience. We know that many people have different odor sensitivities and do not doubt your experience at all. We were very happy we could get a plumber out same day to solve the building plumbing issue and are very sorry they did not clean up to our normal cleaning standards.
