A spacious remodeled direct ocean front efficiency with kitchen (sleeps three) and new washer and dryer is available for the summer rent. Cleaning fee is $150 (including Coronavirus fee), security fee $100.
Condo is located on the 12th Floor of the Golden Sands Condominium.Three swimming Pools (Internal, External and Kiddy), Gym, Sauna, Cabana, Large Deck, Internet, Volleyball court, Tennis court are available.Ping Pong, Game Rooms for kids, Shops on Deck and more. Sunbathing is great. Comcast cable, Amazon and Netflix video on a new TV adds to entertainment choices. Registration fee to Golden Sands this year is $75 paid at the check-in desk

Small but sweet

This is on the smaller size , but was ok for 2 people. Very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean. Soap and shampoo samples would have been a nice touch to have been added to the bathroom.

Great place right on the beach!

Very clean property had lots of activities tennis court volleyball indoor pool game area great for families.

Bed Problem

Both the Murphy bed and the pull out couch mattresses are completely worn out, the only comfortable way to get some sleep is to sleep on the couch itself.

Week at the beach

Check in process was long and the front desk staff were rude and didn’t want to be bothered. Condo was as described. Great views. Communication with owner was good with quick responses.

There are really no words on how happy we are!!!

Place was amazing, clean, quiet, peaceful and, overall beautiful. Great communication with Alex and the staff at Golden Sands are amazing. From the I arrived till I left i have recommended this place to all my friends and family, definitely will return next year. Again Alex I cant thank you enough nor express enough how much your place has please our family vacation. Much love to you and your family and next year I will definitely be there 🤗

wonderful

Thank you for sharing your condo. Our vacation was very enjoyable. The view was wonderful. We spent many hours on the balcony relaxing. Loved the sun rise daily. The place was clean & compact & all our needs were met.

Great location!!!

My family of 4 spent some time in this condo and loved everything about it. I can't say enough good things about this place! Location location location Besides the condo being such a great place to stay, clean and updated kitchen. Beds were comfortable, cooking and cleaning was easy, (I wouldn't mind living in this place permanently) Every thing you need is a short walk down the street food store, dollar store, restaurants, movie theater, jewelry store, liquor store, pharmacy. Not to mention the BEACH is your back yard and on your deck you have a tiki bar. (good pina coladas) a little deli along with other little shops, right on the deck!!! This condo is a one stop shop! It's like your home away from home. And besides the beach in your back yard, there is a indoor pool on the 22 floor and a outside pool, what more do you need? OMGOODNESS!!!! I can't forget about the view!!! The view is mind-blowing! You can watch the sunrise on your own balcony. And on the front balcony you can watch the sunset set. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

We loved, loved, loved this Condo.

This condo was just the right size for 2-3 people and it's location near the beach, bay and all kids of condo activities helped make our vacay amazing! We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived that the place had been newly redecorated and updated from the pictures on the VRBO website.

Amazing view

Building is in excellent location, many things to do around it. Food on first floor was great no need to go to a restaurant if don't feel like going out.Appartment was perfect for our family of 4 ( 2 kids) I was not very excited that is has carpet. Unit has not been remodeled in a long time, if that does not bother you it's a great place to stay!

Great Place With Oceanfront View

Excellent view and the studio was perfect. Everything needed was included and the location of the hotel is central to every destination. Well worth it and would do it again if available next year. In addition, Alex and Bonnie were available via cell at all times to answer any questions. Thanks again!
