Loved the balcony overlooking the beach!The pools were nice!The location is great easy to walk into folly for ice cream and shopping. Beds and linens clean clean- nice towels and plenty of themCeramic tile floors - but the area rugs were stained and worn. Oven needed to be cleaned .

Perfect stay for a beach getaway. Beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean. Lots of balcony room to sit outside. Very clean. Parking was easy. Access to beach was an easy walk. Walking distance to many downtown shops and restaurants.

The unit was lovely, lots of upgrades. The Management company was the best..very responsive and accomodating!

The access to the beach and restaurants was unbeatable. The condo itself was large and convenient with full kitchen and 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Unfortunately there were a lot of stains on carpeting and master bed upholstery. That was gross. However the decor was classic southern and very tasteful. The a/c was not the best and we were all up in the middle of night because it was so hot. I would definitely return to the area but to a different condo.

We are so sorry to hear about the stains on the carpeting and upholstery, as well as the AC issue. That is certainly not the standard we aim for, and we are already looking into professional cleaning and replacement solutions for the carpet and upholstery to ensure everything feels fresh and clean. We have also had a technician come out to fix the AC, so hopefully this won't be an issue going forward. We truly appreciate you sharing your experience and we hope to get the chance to host you again in the future.

I loved staying at this property. Beautiful villa and you couldn't get better views. The bath tub in master could be updated and the bed was hard for me but overall it was a wonderful experience.

Family Thanksgiving

Great location for a family of four getaway. Folly Beach is very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the beach and the condo had everything we needed to prepare for Thanksgiving.

Great vacation spot

Loved being able to wake up each morning and have coffee overlooking the ocean. Condo was great. Rooms were large. Very much enjoyed our stay here.

Nice place

We had lots of fun Folly Beach. Great location. Property was spacious for our family of 5. Condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Quiet Oceanfront Condo

We love staying at Charleston Ocean Villas. We have stayed at this particular unit numerous times. We love that it is quiet, oceanfront and close to downtown Charleston. We can’t wait to return.
