Great 3BR, 3BA Beachfront condo. Full kitchen, 2 Pools, Elevator, 15 minutes to downtown Charleston. Steps away from the water's edge. Restaurants, quaint shops, and Fishing Pier within walking distance. Each bedroom has private bath. One king bed, one queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a double sleeper sofa. Beautiful master bedroom overlooks ocean and has Jacuzzi, 2 sinks, and separate shower. Bright and airy kitchen and living area overlooking the ocean. Balcony spans accross the ocean side of the unit with entrances from the master bedroom and living area. 52 inch flat screen HDTV, DVD. Air conditioning, dish washer, washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful furnishings. Gorgeous sunsets over the Fishing Pier in the afternoon. A great place to kick back and enjoy all that Folly has to offer. Free WiFi and cable tv. Tile and carpeted floors. Stone kitchen counter tops. Table and chairs on balcony for relaxing and beach watching. Beautifully maintained fenced grounds with private gate. Two parking spaces on grounds available. Beautiful pool on each end of complex overlooking the ocean. Private entrance from pool to steps down to beach. Lifeguards on beach during summer months. Enjoy swiming, surfing, jet skis, parasailing, and fishing.

we really enjoyed our trip. the only negative was getting into the property when we arrived. We were not given instructions on how to get into the gate. There was no code given, a nice young man used his code to let us in, VRBO needs to give better instructions, otherwise our trip was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at the Charleston Villas on Folly Beach! Susan was an excellent host—she was always responsive to our phone calls and replied quickly whenever we had a question.One thing that really stood out was how accommodating she was when we arrived early. She provided us with a parking pass before the condo was ready, which allowed us to explore Folly Beach and enjoy the town without worrying about parking while we waited for check-in.The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our large family. The beachfront location was perfect, making it easy to spend our days enjoying the ocean and everything Folly Beach has to offer.We truly had a fantastic vacation and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Susan, for helping make our family trip so enjoyable!

Such a great first visit to Folly Beach. The location is great. Right on the beach. The condo unit was super clean and has everything you need. Location so nice. You can walk to everything. We were there during Easter .. made bunny cake, colored eggs. Had an Easter egg hunts and family games. Just what we needed.

The beach view was AMAZING The Room was Amazing as well, very clean and had everything you would ever need!There was no hot tub.The pool was closed on one side for a day and they closed the pool at 5 ?

The beach was amazingly close to the unit which was tremendously convenient for our family. The beach town is so charming, with so many restaurants in walking distance. We had an amazing vacation on Folly Beach this year!

Great week.

We had a great week at Folly Beach. The condo is in a prime location and was exactly as advertised. We definitely recommend it and plan to return for future visits.

Great Place to stay

Our stay was great, the condo was comfortable and a great location. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

I grew up in Charleston and my Grandmother owned a beach house and spent most of my summers at the beach with many cousins. I went off to college and brought my husband back to Charleston with me. We live on James Island and have three children who grew up on James Island with frequent trips to Folly. They all swam, surfed and relaxed on the beach every chance that they could. They are all married now and my Grands are enjoying the wonders of Folly now!!

It is on the site of the old boardwalk where my Grandmother's house used to be. It is convenient and as close to the water as is possible.
