we really enjoyed our trip. the only negative was getting into the property when we arrived. We were not given instructions on how to get into the gate. There was no code given, a nice young man used his code to let us in, VRBO needs to give better instructions, otherwise our trip was perfect.

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful property!! The condo is absolutely lovely and the view was stunning!! We spent a great deal of our time out on the deck in awe at the beauty of God’s magnificent creation quite literally in our own back yard!!! I also have to mention that the beds were soooo very comfortable, as we don’t often experience that with our travels! As beautiful and awesome as Susan’s place is, and as great a time as we had there as a family, I have to give a shout out to the host herself! My daughter discovered on our way back home that she had left one of her AirPods somewhere in the condo! I contacted Susan about it! She responded to me immediately and told me she’d look for it! She did and she found it wrapped up in bed linen and then went to the effort to mail it back to us the very next day!!! She was so helpful, kind and generous about it all! She’s a lovely lady! If we come back to Folly beach, we will most definitely be staying back here at this beautiful place!

We had a wonderful stay at the Charleston Villas on Folly Beach! Susan was an excellent host—she was always responsive to our phone calls and replied quickly whenever we had a question.One thing that really stood out was how accommodating she was when we arrived early. She provided us with a parking pass before the condo was ready, which allowed us to explore Folly Beach and enjoy the town without worrying about parking while we waited for check-in.The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our large family. The beachfront location was perfect, making it easy to spend our days enjoying the ocean and everything Folly Beach has to offer.We truly had a fantastic vacation and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Susan, for helping make our family trip so enjoyable!

Such a great first visit to Folly Beach. The location is great. Right on the beach. The condo unit was super clean and has everything you need. Location so nice. You can walk to everything. We were there during Easter .. made bunny cake, colored eggs. Had an Easter egg hunts and family games. Just what we needed.

The beach view was AMAZING The Room was Amazing as well, very clean and had everything you would ever need!There was no hot tub.The pool was closed on one side for a day and they closed the pool at 5 ?

The beach was amazingly close to the unit which was tremendously convenient for our family. The beach town is so charming, with so many restaurants in walking distance. We had an amazing vacation on Folly Beach this year!

Great property in a great location! Folly Beach is always fun, but being able to walk to everything is that much better! Place was exactly as described, and Susan was very easy to communicate with. Would stay again!

Great Place to stay

Our stay was great, the condo was comfortable and a great location. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered our questions. We would definitely stay here again.
