Welcome to Seaside Villa 102 on Folly Beach! This fantastic 3 bedroom and 3 bath condo features picturesque views of the Atlantic and Folly Pier. The location cannot be beat with the direct beach access and walking distance to downtown Folly Beach, where all shops, restaurants, and entertainment are located. Relax and enjoy all that this eclectic beach town has to offer.

You'll love having your own space with the full bathroom for each bedroom. Open floor plan combines kitchen, dining, and living area. Oceanfront porch provides the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or a relaxing happy hour. Kitchen includes all the amenities for the family chef to prepare meals. Gather together to catch up as a family around the 6-person dining table. Living area has 2 couches to lounge and TV for the big-game or movie night. Private access to the porch from the living area and oceanfront king bedroom.

There are a washer & dryer in the unit; free Hi-speed WIFI & Cable; 2 reserved parking spaces; and the elevator right outside your door makes transporting luggage and groceries a breeze. There is an outside shower & direct beach access right beside the building, & a lifeguard station on the beach, directly behind the condo.

Only 25 minutes drive to historic downtown Charleston. Charleston offers historic tours, carriage rides, museums, boutique shopping, world-class dining, and stroll down the harbor at Waterfront Park or The Battery.

Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Property is handled through property management company and has 24-hr on-call emergency maintenance services. Girls Trip

This condo I was a great place to stay at Folly Beach. So close to everything. A few minutes walking distance to the parade and the beach. Great outdoor, covered patio.

Views and Convenience

Views from the deck were both relaxing and interesting. The convenience of downtown Folly Beach can't be over stated. Definitely, this place is on my list to go back to.

Wonderful week at the beach

This was a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the beach with the family. The view from the porch was amazing! Beautiful sunrises every morning and sunsets from the pier. Perfect spot that we could easily walk to eat and shop!

Great stay, great location

It was a wonderful short stay, even if the weather caused us to duck out a little earlier than we planned too. I would def book again next time that I am in the area; close to the heart of Folly Beach and right on the beach as well

great beach front property

We were very pleased with our stay at this rental. It was very close to the restraunts. It was nice to be able to walk right out onto the beach from the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

We loved being right on the beach and a step away from the town. It was the perfect location for our family to meet. We had wonderful meals in town and had an easy ride into Charleston. I would definitely recommend Folly Beach.

Great Spot

Couldn't ask for a better location. Beach, bars, restaurants, shopping...all right there. Clean place, spacious, every room has its own bathroom. We all had a blast! View from the porch is why oceanfront rules. I gotta be able to see the ocean at all times.

Wonderful home with perfect number of beds/baths for our families! We LOVED being so close to the ocean and still could walk to dining choices! Sorry we couldn’t stay longer!!

Best Location on Folly Beach

This place was absolutely perfect. Totally as described and as close to everything to do in Folly Beach as possible. The unit is amazingly quiet and clean as can be. The rental agency did a stellar job communicating and we could not of been more happy!

Love Folly Beach

This condo is in a great location. The beach access near the building was closed during day M-F for pier construction, but open evenings and during the weekend.

Highly recommend

One of the nicest paces we have stayed at the beach. Clean, beautiful condo. We sat on the balcony at night and listened to live music from the pier and walked to Center St to eat.

Memorable experience

Our family loved this comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated vacation home! The view and location were amazing. We enjoyed the short walk to Bert's market for coffee and dessert. The location was unbelievable. We would love to come back!

Long Weekend Trip

Great rental agency, very easy to deal with, great location, nice layout of living space. Floors, furniture dirty, not a lot of kitchen equipment but it does have the basics. Would recommend agency and location.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. Great location and close to shops, restaurants, pier, etc. The balcony is a nice size and the pier is wonderful to take a stroll on in the early morning and evening. We were a family of all adults and having the three private bathrooms and bedrooms made our stay quite enjoyable. Donna

Thanks for the use of your condo..

We had a wonderful 8 days staying at this condo. Beautiful location directly beside the pier and walking distance from everything on Center Street. The condo itself was very roomy and comfortable with everything needed already included.
