Nestled on a quiet, friendly street yet steps away from the vibrant Queen Anne Ave N with easy access to excellent dining & coffee shops. Walk to Kerry Park for the most iconic Seattle view, and enjoy a great selection of eateries no matter what time of day! This two level vintage home offers a living room, dining room, family room, three bedrooms, and two full baths. The home is tastefully furnished and is cozy and spacious. With a dedicated parking spot and plenty of street parking, your stay in Seattle promises convenience and relaxation!
**Floor Plan**
• Main Floor: Main entrance, living room w/ smart TV and fireplace, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms w/ queen beds, full bath, elevated deck off the kitchen with spacious outdoor seating and BBQ.
• Lower floor: Family room w/ smart TV, bedroom w/ queen bed, bath, laundry.

• Ideal location in Seattle's most charming and quiet neighborhood in upper Queen Anne is easily walkable to many amenities along Queen Anne Ave, walk to Kerry Park for the most iconic Seattle view
• A short drive (5-10 minutes) to most Seattle attractions (Space Needle, Chihuly Gardens, Seattle City Center, Pacific Science Center, Climate Pledge Arena, Amazon Spheres, MoPOP, Pike Place Market, Seattle Aquarium, Downtown waterfront, Downtown)
• Included parking and plenty of free street parking in the neighborhood
• Central A/C for the Seattle summer heat!
• Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, coffee making options (Mr, Coffee, French press, drip), and tea pot
• High quality beds, pillows, linens, duvets, and blankets for comfortable sleeping
• Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• This home has stairs to entry and is not handicap friendly. Please note that the interior staircase leading down to the lower level is narrow.
• Street parking is not allowed on this block on the home’s side of the street- it is a fire lane, (though not painted red, there is signage and citations may be given).
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $1000 fine and possible eviction for unauthorized pets
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
