This property is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood, but very close to Sunset Cliffs. There is a great view of the ocean from the front porch. The rooms are comfortable, and the kitchen is first-rate. The hosts are also very nice and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.

Cute little place to stay!

Perfect for our needs on our weekend family getaway! Backyard is perfect for little ones. Clean house and everything we needed to cook meals.

The spacious living area was great, and the short walk to Kellogg's Beach and walking trails along the water was nice as well. Parking is tricky, and coming in and out on the busy street was a bit of a challenge. We had a few mishaps (leaky dishwasher and the ice machine not working), but the owner sent a handyman over to fix it the next day and was responsive within a few hours each time.

Nice place. Very clean. Normal electronic door lock like most places made it easy to enter and leave. A/C worked great, all floor vents. Ceiling fans worked great to move air. Beds were very comfortable. Large open living space. Kitchen looked well stocked. Gas stove on the center island. For families with kids, there was a high chair. Large rear deck with a play area. The host was very responsive. We had a full-size sedan rental that just fit. Highly recommend you back in to make for a safer exit. This is a two-lane section of Rosecrans with no center turn lane. There is a bike lane large enough while waiting for traffic to clear. Busiest traffic time was when the Base personnel got out around 4-5pm. Take into consideration that the front picture of the parking area has changed. Parking is limited to the Front room area in front of the living room. The garage area is fenced off. No drive-through like the picture shows. Not a big deal, but it does open to a busy street. Close to a lot of good restaurants and the beach. I would definitely stay again.

The location to walk to Kellogg beach is ideal. Liberty Station and SD zoo are a short drive. There is some street noise in the morning on weekdays and you have some military aircraft noise, but there’s no commercial flight noise from the nearby SD airport. Kitchen is well stocked (although we took advantage of nearby restaurants) and appliances are new. Everything was clean. Mattress is a bit soft and we happen to like firm, but we managed. Communication with the host was smooth and replies were timely.

Great location and convenient with working AC! Spacious. Has parking! Loved it! Hosts were very accommodating and checked in by phone when we arrived :-)

We rented this property for our family while attending a nearby wedding. The home was very clean, and the kitchen and living area were spacious and beautifully decorated. Although it’s located on a busy street, the noise was minimal in the evening.One of the major highlights of this rental is the easy walk to Kellogg’s Beach. It’s a beautiful and popular spot, so being able to walk there is a big plus—especially since parking in the area is very limited.

Get away

Cute property. Neighbors were kind of loud while we were there. Thought the no parties sign in house was funny considering the neighbor hood was not as quiet. But it was a great stay

I have two recommendations. Better mattress and having both gates open during the stay for better exits to a busy street. The exit was a little dangerous . I also recommend to announce to bring beach chairs and beach towels.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and a great home base for exploring San Diego. Point Loma was a perfect jumping-off point for everything we wanted to do, from the beaches and major attractions to downtown and even a day trip to Los Angeles.The location was excellent, and being able to see the Coronado Bridge from the property was a nice bonus. After busy days exploring San Diego, it was great to come back to such a comfortable place.Melissa and Dennis were amazing hosts. They were friendly, responsive, and made the entire stay easy.We had a fantastic trip and would absolutely recommend this home to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay while experiencing San Diego!
