Please note: Due to ongoing maintenance issues with water treatment facilities in Mexico, ocean access in this area may be limited at times. Local authorities monitor water quality daily, and temporary closures can occur along the coastline, including up to Coronado Beach. If ocean swimming is a top priority for your stay, you may wish to consider alternative locations until conditions fully improve.

Beach Club

The beach club is a three story private, gated complex. The Beach Club is a U-shaped building that is located on the sand, no busy street or boardwalk separating you from the beach. It has its own heated pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, and barbecue facilities in the spacious garden atrium.

Your unit #101

Your unit #101 is a bright, fresh, and very functional 3 bedroom Vacation Rental, with an extra large sunny southwest exposure terrace for private sun bathing and dinners. The terrace overlooks the ocean and beautiful Dunes Park and a wonderful childrens playground. The living room and master bedroom face the ocean.

Relax in a quaint beach town, stroll on the quiet beach. Walk on the old fishing pier, and bring your rod and bait! Excellent surfing! Watch or participate! A 10 minute drive affords you easy access to the famous Island of Coronado and its golf course. 25 minutes takes you to the world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, San Diego Embarcadero, San Diego Convention Center, fabulous desert or mountain drives, Mexico, and all that the sophisticated city of San Diego has to offer!

You would be nuts to not stay here. This was a well-equipped condo with a killer view. Beds were comfortable and location was close to restaurants. I can’t wait to come back!

The property was great. Very comfortable. If you want to spend significant time at the beach you may want to pick a location not so close to the border. The beach was closed for most of our stay due to contaminates from Mexico being dumped into the ocean.

Excellent location. Property was exactly as described. Loved the coffee shop at the bottom of the stairs. Walking distance to many restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. Beach views were amazing! Definitely in our plans for a return visit.

Our family vacation was wonderful. The unit was exactly as advertised, conveniently situated near a convenience store and numerous restaurants. The pool was clean, well maintained and nicely blocked from a cool breeze. Immediate access tot he beach was wonderful as well.

Imperial Beach

Great location, property was nice, very secure. Walking distance to some great local restaurants. Obviously property right on the beach so great views, grounds and facility was very nice and well maintained. The condo I rented was a little dated but CLEAN so for the price it was fine. But building had very nice secure parking garage for up to 2 vehicles. Location is Awesome, great local business' very short walk. Definitely will be returning.

Was clean, sadly washer or dryer was not to standard glass on balcony.

The cleanliness and view was good. However, there was mold in washer and dryer smelled like it was burning and we needed to use both. Saw roaches and sadly there was broken glass on balcony when we first arrived and my 7 year old was cut. Maintenance found silverfish and states they did see roaches but they were there. I got a $83 refund but would expect more given the circumstances. Thank you

Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and the amenities were excellent. The property was very clean, we loved the pool, and having two designated parking spaces was a huge bonus.We visit Imperial Beach every year, and this was one of our favorite places to stay. The only disappointment was the washer. It had a strong musty odor, so we weren't comfortable using it and ended up taking our clothes to a laundromat instead.Other than that, everything was great, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Clean, well appointed, and right on the beach. We enjoyed restaurants within an easy walk. The instructions for the door and garage were clear and when we had a minor issue it was taken care of right away. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved are little beach front condo. It had a sand volleyball net out front so we quickly picked up a volleyball and played almost everyday. We also walked the beach everyday searching for shells. We visited Coronado, La Jolla, and Pacific beach on the trip but our beach in Imperial had the best shells. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Throwback to a slower time in life...

This is our 12th Labor Day week in these condos. The location and the peace cannot be beat. This particular unit was perfect for a large group of girls. We had a water leak that was addressed and fixed within hours of notification. The noise from the bar next door quiets down at 10pm . We would definatley book again.

Family Vacation

Overall the place was great. It is the end unit and above the restaurant so Friday a d Saturday nights were kind of loud. The pool was great and the beach. Walking to anything downtown was easy. Just thought the vents could have been cleaned and there was mold in the washing machine door. Definitely would stay there again, the family loved it
