Lakefront Home with Spectacular Views, Sleeps 16!

If you are looking for a home away from home, FineView Cottage is it! Our 4200 sq. ft. home is fully furnished and made for your relaxation featuring 5 bedrooms (3 queen beds and 9 twin beds), 3 full and 3 half bathrooms, living room (with a queen pull out sofa bed), family room with a stone gas fireplace, dining room and a kitchen with many of the amenities you are accustomed to. Wake up to beautiful sunrises and enjoy 175 feet of level, walk-in lake frontage. There is plenty of room for family and friends to enjoy the outside on the large lawn, beach, and patio areas. Our two docks offer a place to park your boat, with plenty of room to still enjoy swimming and floating. The public boat launch in Penn Yan is only a few short miles away. If you want to relax at the house and still enjoy the lake, take a seat on one of the rocking chairs and enjoy the view from our spacious porch. Finish off your day with a camp fire and fall asleep in one of the large bedrooms to the gentle breaking of wave’s right outside of your window.

FineView is nestled in the Keuka Lake Wine Country and is close to wonderful shops, wineries, museums, and restaurants. The charming Windmill market, originally an Amish trading center, operates every Saturday morning in the summer months where you will find the freshest produce, cultivated and wild flowers, handmade furniture, delicious homemade pies and other delicacies.

Keuka Lake (known as the'Y' lake) is the cleanest Finger Lake... great for fishing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, sailing, and water skiing. There are several marinas around the lake and motor boats may be rented by the day or week and tied up to the dock.

Beautiful location and lots of room.

We had 14 in our party and had plenty of room. Loved that there were lots of bathrooms and of course the beach front was the best!

Beautiful views and property

Beautiful home with very comfortable furnishings. The kitchen has almost every piece of equipment or serving dish you can imagine. We loved the home and surroundings…beach, docks, patio, porch, fish and grassy area that our grandkids LOVED playing in. Evenings by the fire were perfect too. We could not imagine another place more perfect for the 15 of us.

Beautiful lakefront property

The beachfront and the porch looking out on the water was a great way to spend a family week. Kristie was very responsive before and during our stay.

Great location, nice house.

Great location, nice house. Only problem with the fireplace did not work, no laundry detergent is provided, and you need an engineer in degree to figure out the television.

Spacious home and wonderful beach!

We have stayed in several other homes on Keuka Lake and this is by far our favorite. This was a perfect house for 10 of us. Plenty of room very clean and great outdoor area. We rented a pontoon boat , enjoyed corn hole and Kan Jam and had a fire at nights . We highly recommend this house and hope to make this a regular vacation spot in the future!

Amazing house!

This house was perfect for our big group! It had beautiful lake views, and everything we needed for the weekend. The hosts were very accommodating throughout the whole process, and communicated with me frequently when we were considering cancelling due to COVID. We’re all so glad we didn’t cancel. Thank you!

Beautiful, spacious lake house!

We booked this lake house for a friend’s 30th birthday it was perfect! Spacious, beautiful location, and clean! It’s a great location, directly on the lake. Check in/out process was easy. Ample driveway area for multiple vehicles. The house was very clean and kitchen came with the usual amenities for our food prep. Will definitely stay here again!

Keuka Lake

We had an absolutely lovely stay on keuka lake at Julie’s home! It was the perfect spot for a reunion with friends, there was lots of common space for gathering, cooking and eating, and plenty of space for everyone to sleep. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a weekend away at Keuka!

Fantastic place

Wonderful family vacation!

My entire family of 13 stayed here over Labor Day weekend and we could not have been more happy with our experience. The house had plenty of room for us all, was clean, and well maintained. The setting right on the water was perfect for us to enjoy the beautiful weather. We had bonfires at night, swam all day, and played yard games the whole time. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Spacious home and wonderful beach!

We had a great time while enjoying beautiful Keuka Lake!! The gracious home was a perfect setting for hosting a bridal shower with 20 guests. The patio table, lovely front porch and large dining room table allowed all of our guests dining comfort. The large living room was a pretty and comfortable space for gift opening. The beach is a wonderful bonus! This lake is deep and crystal clear, but most places don't allow walking out or playing along the shore because of banks. This beach has lots of walk in beach for playing and the fire pit at lakeside is a great place to end the day.

The home was amazing! The views were breathtaking!

Our children gave us a trip to the Finger Lakes for Christmas. We were there from Friday to Monday. We couldn't of asked for anymore. The house had everything! When we arrived it was pouring rain. It didn't dampen our stay. 14 of us sat out on the covered porch. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend! Best Christmas present ever!

Beautiful!

We had an amazing time celebrating my sister in law who will be getting married in a few weeks! We did a wine tour and the wineries were so much fun. We look forward to coming back again in the future! The house was perfect and exactly what we had hoped for.

Perfect for a family gathering

We had a family girl's weekend for my sister's 50th birthday, and had the most wonderful time. The house perfectly fit 14 of us, and the rooms were big enough for us to gather in. Renting the bed linens was effortless, and so worth it. We rented a bus and did tours of the local vineyards, which were a reasonable drive away, and then had a fabulous dinner in Geneva, just a quick 25 minutes away. We'd love to come back. Great Place To Share With Friends!

We have stayed in several other homes on Keuka Lake and this is by far our favorite. This home was perfect for our annual extra long weekend get-away with college friends. The house was spacious, comfortable, very clean, with several great indoor and outdoor places for the eight of us to gather and catch up. The porch was an awesome place to enjoy the weather and the great views of the lake and the fire pit area was perfect for our evenings. We were able to enjoy the nice added touches of the corn hole game and the golf ball game in the yard. And yes, we really enjoyed the fun and creativity that the chalkboard wall created! The easy in/out access to the lake was great for our daily kayak trips. And Julie was very responsive and helpful in all of our planning and questions before and during our stay. We highly recommend this house and hope to make this a regular vacation spot in the future!

Great place with lots of room and great view from the lake house looking over the water.

Really enjoyed everything about the place. All my guests were excited about the place too. Great place to rent, kick back and take in the view. Will have to do it again in the very near future.

Ed and Julie grew up in the Elmira area and then moved to Massachusetts after completing their education. Now the proud parents of three great kids - we decided as a family that owning our own place on Keuka Lake was a dream come true.
