Enjoy the luxury and breathtaking location of Villa Del Mar and the beautiful Bella Sirena Resort. This 5 bedroom/5 bath home has it all! Soak in your private jacuzzi while listening to the ocean surf, entertain on the expansive patio and upper sun deck or relax in the negative edge pool located just steps from your front door. Spend your next vacation in this truly unique home by the sea. Villa Del Mar will exceed your expectations and set the perfect tone for your vacation.

Many guest request early check-ins. In peak season, this is difficult because the maids need time to clean. Please call me at 11am on the date of your arrival and I will have a better idea when the property will be ready.
Located in Puerto Peñasco, this villa is on the beach. The Links Golf Course and Competition Hill are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Islands and Protected Areas of the Gulf of California and Alto Golfo de California Biosphere Reserve. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and ecotours nearby.

DO NOT book if your group has more the 14 travelers. Larger groups may choose to rent a combination of our villa and additional resort condos.
We welcome adult only groups ages 25 and up. We do not rent to college groups or adult groups under the age of 25.
Provide your own firewood for the fire pit and life vests for the kayak and paddle board. Use caution when using pools, jacuzzi, fire pit and ocean.

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges

A little slice of heaven!

Anytime we see Neal H. is the manager, we know the property is going to be fantastic, and that was exactly our experience in Villa #20. It’s a wonderful location, with a stunning view of the water. We enjoy the layout - and that each room has a bathroom attached. It has all the amenities from home, and the benefits of a resort as well. Bella Sirena has wonderful hospitality, and it always feels like a second home. We will definitely stay again!

Amazing

3rd time staying at one off the beachfront homes and it is unbeatable! Owner is helpful, communicates easily and responsive. Home is stocked with everything needed to make a great vacation for all ages and for large groups. Grilling on the beach is a highlight and entire resort is perfect for families.

Annual Friends Mexico Trip

This has been our 3rd year in a row staying at the Villa's and it never fails to exceed our expectations and beyond. Can't beat the location, amenities and security. Our favorite part is how close we are to the beach, private hot tub on patio, and close to the swim up bar, pool and restaurant.

60th Moms Birthday/ family gathering

We had a wonderful time at this villa with my brothers and there families to celebrate our moms 60th birthday and to enjoy some Sumer vacations at the same time with the entire family, children had a blast since we had everything we can as for just there steps from our doors, ocean, Hot tub, pools and lots of beach front fun!!! Highly recommend this place for any occasion, we will definitely come back again soon!!!

Overall this is great property.

Some small maintenance items need to be addressed. Great location and access to beach. Need some written directions on how each TV set operates. It would be nice if they had a book with all the instruction written out in simple instructions. Still one of the best properties we have stayed in over 35 years and numerous trips to Rocky Point.

Always an incredible stay.....

This is probably the 8th time at least we've stayed in this villa. It's my favorite spot to stay due to the end location of the villa with extra parking, pool bar, security of Bella Sirena, easy check in, great bed set up for couples and absolutely incredible views and location that can't be beat. We arrived an hour early and the villa was ready for us, very clean and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom necessities. It would be nice if a few of the beds were replaced and maybe some fresh pillows---the guest master bed is very lumpy and one of the double queens sinks in the middle. My chef had some trouble with the pans sticking and those are due for replacement too but overall, it's hard to complain about anything when you see the views of the ocean from this villa. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Holiday in Mexico

Amazing vacation with a great place to stay in the most perfect location! Fit all 11 of us comfortably. TV operation instructions would be helpful for each TV! Use of AC and Heat would be helpful. Kitchen was stocked and Keurig was appreciated. May want to change listing to include coffee maker AND Keurig. Loved having a washer and dryer for all the beach towels!

Always amazing!

We stay here every year and we are always happy. The house is stocked with plenty of things so we don't have to bring a lot. The property manager is very good at communicating and very nice. Check in process was easy. Overall a great stay! We are already booked for next year. :)

My name is Neal Harris and I am the property manager of Villa Del Mar (Villa #20). Rocky Point is my family's favorite vacation spot. My kids love spending time on the beach where they have created some of their most cherished family memories. The home is maintained and cleaned by my personal friends, Carlos and Yulma Garcia.

I fell in love with the area and the relaxed atmosphere of life at the beach. It is a wonderful gathering spot. As a parent, it has been magical to watch my children explore the beach and watch the sunset.

Villa Del Mar is the best beach home on Sandy Beach! You are literally steps away from the calm waters of the Sea of Cortez - it feels as though the entire beach is your backyard. It is a perfect location for family trips, couples vacations, guys/girls weekends, birthdays and anniversaries. The ocean facing patio has a Jacuzzi Spa and a BBQ grill. The grassy area in front of the patio is perfect for lounge chairs in the sun.
