The townhouse is great and exactly like the pics. It's a beautiful view and walkable to everything. The only reason I said 4 stars is the living room furniture is horribly uncomfortable. We literally sat on the patio chairs all week. Everything else was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay, enjoying the lovely cottage, beautiful views, tranquil gardens, nice beach and relaxing pool. Check in and check out was simple, HOA staff was pleasant. Communication with host was clear throughout the process. It was great having a designated parking spot. We had a delightful time visiting with family, feeding the Koi fish and walking to both the Harbor and Pier was delightful.
Beautiful unique yellow flowers welcomed us each time we returned.
Amazing views!

Harbor View Condo

Unit is clean and has a nice view of harbor. We have stayed at at least 15 different condos at NCV over many years. You can see.the ocean from the balcony. The kitchen has a few basic necessities and a lot of storage to bring your own. The bed is extra firm foam. Be aware that this unit is one that is upstairs with no elevator so you will need to carry everything up a short flight of stairs. Unit is very quiet since it is not in a hallway.
