Wake to open-water views, spend the afternoon from your private dock, and end the day in the hot tub overlooking Seneca Lake. Located just outside Geneva, this waterfront home offers a polished setting for group trips, family stays, or weekends in Finger Lakes wine country.



Inside, generous king bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms give guests added comfort and privacy. A fully equipped kitchen, welcoming living spaces, and lake-facing porches make it easy to cook, gather, and settle in between outings.



The dock accommodates up to two boats when seasonal water levels allow. The boat hoist is not available for guest use. Guests may access all unlocked indoor and outdoor areas.



Downtown Geneva, wineries, restaurants, Seneca Lake State Park, Rose Hill Mansion, and Belhurst Castle are within a short drive. Bringing a vehicle is recommended because rideshare availability can vary.



Up to two dogs are permitted with a pet fee. Pet waste must be removed promptly to avoid a $100 charge. Parties and events are prohibited, and an exterior security camera monitors the front entrance.

Great!

Amazing stay! We stayed at this house in March for a friend get together. It was perfect. Very spacious, and every couple had their own bathroom which was very nice!

Such a warm and cozy home for our family. A fantastic space for sitting by the fire, reading a book, playing games with the family. And a lovely view of the lake! Highly recommend.

The house was very welcoming and comfortable, with a spacious living room and family room and very large bedrooms with super soft sheets and warm comforters. Despite very strong winds and real feel temps in the low 20’s, we all enjoyed the hot tub numerous times. White caps on the lake kept us on land but they gave us great views. It was a special family Thanksgiving.

Wonderful Stay on Seneca Lake

My wife, friends and I could not believe how gorgeous, spacious and comfortable the house is. The entire property is perfect for any season's getaway but is perfect for summer days of fishing and wine country visits paired with family dinners indoors or out. Thank you helping make our excursion a memorable and beautiful event.

Good stay, ok service

The house was as expected and good for an adult group. The dock was extremely buggy, gnats really, so not pleasant to get to or hang out on. My issue with the stay was that I didn’t get the code for the house until after I asked for it on the morning of our arrival. It was a very stressful start to my vacation.

We love the location but a few things were needed. There was no regular salt and pepper, there were no trash bags, there was no dish washer soap, there was a mechanical sound that went through the night keeping some awake, there was no tissue. None of this is a big deal but normally these houses have them. We bought t them when we went to the store.

Great Family Get-Away!

The house was spacious, clean and well maintained - exactly as listed. Our family vacation included our adult kids and significant others, and the bedroom and full bath layout worked perfectly for our set-up. Although the kitchen wasn't large, the wet bar area with a dishwasher provided all we needed and the dining/gathering area was open and perfect for eating and hanging out with our crowd. We enjoyed the dock and use of kayaks as well. Great location and family get-away was a success!

Outdoors, lake-facing porches, a private hot tub, and direct access to Seneca Lake make the waterfront the focus of every stay. Guests may use all unlocked indoor and outdoor spaces. The private dock can accommodate up to two boats when water levels allow; the boat hoist is strictly off-limits. PLEASE NOTE Emergency maintenance is available 24/7 for urgent issues, including floods, leaks, fires, or sewage backups. Non-emergency maintenance is available daily from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Requests received after 6:00 PM will generally be addressed the following day. Lawn care may occur during your stay. Please remove personal belongings and lawn games from the yard so the crew can work safely. Snow removal crews serve multiple properties during winter weather. Brief delays may occur during heavy snowfall.
