We had the absolute best time and experience here. Super clean and cozy get away that accommodated our entire family. The owner was super fast at getting back to us when we reached out and hilarious which was a bonus. We will be back should we ever be in the area again!!!!!!

Great location! Quiet neighborhood. Great house with everything you need for a great trip. The nice big shower was a plus! We paddled from the dock access to 3 sister springs and Hunter’s Springs park. There is also a cute beach only a 15 min drive down the road. Communication was great and check in and out was easy!

Great fully stocked house. Very clean, extra kayaks available, manatees and dolphins right off the dock. Quiet neighborhood.

Check in was simple and host was in consistent communication with helpful tips as well as responsive to any minor needs. Burke and Karen have a lovely and convenient home that was perfect for our family. The kayak equipment was also very convenient and river access was very close. Greatly enjoyed our time there!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Comfortable beds, plenty of clean towels, and a spacious layout made this a perfect fit for our party of 3. Checkout and in were also a breeze with the keypad system. Would recommend!

This place is great, it’s bigger than it seems in the pictures we had ample space with 2 adults and 2 kids. It was clean smelled nice and has everything you need that you forget to bring when traveling. The location is awesome we loved the area and restaurants on the water. 10/10

The host was an excellent communicator. The house was well appointed with everything you would need, even Kayaks. I highly recommend staying here.

The location next to the water was amazing. The convenience of having kayaks to take out to the water was so cool because the manatees were practically right outside the house. The house itself was so nice and comfortable. Highly recommend this stay!

Kitchen was great for home cooked meals, neighborhood was safe and quiet. Host was phenomenal. I had tons of questions since I'm used to bringing everything with me in a trailer and he was always gracious. Even helping me with places for friends to occupy time in Tampa while I was at a concert. Would love to stay again.
Kayaking Kings spring, a short paddle away from the dock. Lots of manatee!

We had a fantastic time, the place had all the basics and we loved how close it was to the dock. We were even able to paddle about a mile up to 3 sisters springs to snorkel with manatees! The hosts were responsive whenever we had questions!

Fantastic mid-century spacious home with comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. Lovely hosts. I felt like it was a house that I would not mind living in.

The house was so bright and clean. It had everything one would need for a stay. The hosts were so wonderful and communicative. Rarely do I desire to return to the same place for a vacation, but I would 100% rent this house again for another trip. I really enjoyed the cozy reading area and all the books and games, 10/10 would recommend

We had a great time at this property. It had everything we needed. The house was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed the scenic kayaking in the area. The owner was very helpful, and flexible when we decided to stay an extra day. Thanks so much! We love the area, and would definitely be back.

Nice stay

We had a very good stay. Communication was great, check-in and out easy. Nice large property with close proximity to Crystal River, Hermossasa, etc. There's a beach about 8 miles away that was a real treat. Recommended.
